Very easy to build up,the rubber replaces glue. Just put my mr.color paint in this rack,the size is very good,the drawer can contain many tools.

Sturdy
I ordered this for my son who paints minatures for a hobby. He loves it. He had had another paint rack that did not hold up, but this one he says is very sturdy as it is made of compressed wood. The o-rings fit snugly . He has filled all but one of the holes and there is no wobble at all--he tapped it on the side to show how sturdy it is. The drawers hold many of his tools. The only drawback was that there were no instructions with it, but he said that the amazon video gave him the directions he needed within 5 minutes. He is very pleased and so I am also.

Caveat Emptor. As long as you buy this with open eyes, you'll be fine
Do not buy a Yugo and expect Ferrari performance. This is a budget paint rack, and a good one at that. The instruction video is linked in the description and easily googled. Language agnostic and to the point; I had mine built in 20 minutes. The rubber bands make the build very error tolerant if you need to loosen a piece for some of the tight fits. Stable enough and the drawers work well. This is not a high quality product and does not pretend to be. Most panels were warped (even in the instructional video!), but easily put in place during assembly. There are no extra bands, so be careful to keep track when they shoot off the rack during assembly. I got what I paid for and I am satisfied with my purchase.
