My teenage always took off her case and would break the screen so I have had to replace it 3 times. I have learned that this is the screen to get if I need to replace mine. I have tried several other screens and non of them work as good and long as these ones do. Also when I did have an issue customer serviced helped me right aways. They may be a tiny bit more then other ones but the quality and services makes the price worth it.

They are better than the original

I ordered 2 of these. They are better than the original. In fact since I put mine in I haven’t had to recharge during the day. Little tricky installing them as I’ve got big hands. My 13 year old did most of it. YouTube can help too. After u finish if there are light lines in the screen they will probably disappear after a day or so. From static. I learned that from another user as I thought we did something wrong. I highly recommend these batteries! Fast shipping too! Thank you!

Great Product, Great Service

Well, my daughter dropped her iPhone 4 and shattered the screen. She had it less than a week. Thankfully she had Christmas money to buy this replacement screen and we have a tech savvy friend who said to buy it from iCracked. We had the replacement screen and kit just a few days later and my friend took to task to change the screen. Talk about a tedious job, though he did it really well. Then we went to turn it on and it didn't work. He told me to contact iCracked and so I did. They were great. Sent a new screen out that same day, said they tested it first. We got it the next afternoon, replaced it and it works great. My daughter is so happy, I am happy. icracked even sent a box and free shipping for the non working replacement screen. I will definitely order any future parts needed from iCracked. Hopefully we will not need too many, though it is nice to know the option is there. Thanks again for the great service!

I am pleased to share how satisfied I am with this product. It works just like the original screen that came with my phone. It has great display, and good touch sensitivity. It comes with EVERYTHING you need to change out your phone screen and it also comes with very helpful instructions. Very Thorough Kit - Phone is like new

I was given an unlocked iPhone 5S with a cracked screen that someone was just going to throw away. Now it appears brand new. This kit was amazing. The included instructions were very clear. I only consulted iCracked's YouTube video for two things for which I needed clarification. The tool quality was satisfactory, and they were extremely helpful. I did need to use a pair of tweezers for a few parts, which is not included. I hadn't replaced a screen since my iPhone 3G. Additions like the front facing camera, sensors, and touch ID home-button have made it a more complicated process. However, taking your time and consulting the paper and video instructions should lead to a successful repair. It took me a little over an hour to complete. (I was also having a conversation during the last half of it) Everything tested fine after placing it all back together. I did not have any issue with the screen's quality. It looks like the original. No dead pixels are apparent. The matte screen protector is a nice bonus. It is placed on the screen perfectly. (I wish glossy was an option but wanted something protecting it in the meantime) I highly recommend this repair kit. It does cost more than other options but you get what you pay for. Environment bonus: The kit comes with a prepaid label to recycle the broken screen/digitizer.

Excellent replacement screen!!!

The screen appearance is great, just like the original. The screen protector that comes pre-installed doesn't seem to be of the best quality, as it was already lifted off on a couple of spots around the hole where the Home button goes, and at 2 corners. I tried to press it back in place but it re-lifted. Oh well, it's doing it's job. . . mostly. Came just as described, with the Screen and all necessary tools (even some that weren't used). Didn't watch the video that is highly suggested, but still I took my time and arranged all parts neatly on a cloth. All in all it was about at 2-hour job for me, and I've disassembled and fixed game consoles and laptops before. This screen is not hard to replace, it's just a process that has to occur in a very particular order (basically everything has to come off your phone to access the screws holding the screen on) and some of the parts/screws are very, very, very tiny. I suggest NOT attempting the replacement if you are pressed for time, or cannot find a suitable area away from people or pets who could come and accidentally disturb your work area. I ordered this via Prime 2-day shipping on the 15th, and received it on the evening of the 18th. Last time I checked, that's 3 days, but hey, at least it showed up. It was crushed, but everything inside was fine. Thaaaanks UPS ;) I will definitely be looking for this screen again if I need it, and will recommend it to others who need a screen replacement.

The best screen replacement around with a hassle free warranty! I purchased this product based on reviews and I’m glad I did. The first screen I ordered had a slight problem with the contrast and the 3D Touch wasn’t as responsive as my OEM. I sent an email asking about trouble shooting the problem and I received a response the same day with what I needed to do. My 3D Touch started working but the contrast was still off (not enough to really complain about but it was different). I emailed them back saying that the 3D Touch was fixed but the contrast was still off a little but not enough to really worry about. They said that they would ship me another screen out free of charge. I received a whole new kit 2 days later. You can’t beat that!!!

Complete repair kit for broken iPhone 5S screen.

NOTICE: If your iPhone is still under warranty, and you do this repair yourself, you will invalidate the warranty. This is a great little repair kit for the iPhone 5S screen. It includes a tool kit, instruction manual, and the new screen needed to replace a broken or defective screen/digitizer assembly on an iPhone 5S. If you are not patient or don't have fairly good mechanical abilities (8 on a 1 to 10 scale) and tactile feel, I wouldn't recommend that you try to do this. There are small parts that can get damaged or lost. If you do have good mechanical abilities and patience, it's not a very difficult repair. The hardest part is getting the phone open! I would recommend that you wear a magnifying headset (or use a free-standing magnifying lens) while doing this repair. While not entirely necessary, it makes the job of aligning and putting in screws much simpler. I also recommend that you watch the YouTube video and follow-along step by step when doing the actual repair. Be sure to put your screws in a place that they won't get lost or mixed up. I used a printed out photo of an iPhone 5S and placed the screws and brackets on that image (tape it down to your desk). The screws are of different sizes and lengths and it's very important that they go back in exactly as you removed them. The repair process requires you to move some components from the old screen to the new screen. While this may make you nervous at first, I can assure you that it is less difficult than opening the phone. Allow yourself at least 90 minutes to do this project. You will probably finish much faster, but there is no race. Take your time.

Incredible, it really works!

I am a mom of two small children and it took me about 3 hours to complete the screen replacement. This included taking my daughter to the restroom, feeding my newborn, etc in between the repair. I consider myself to be relatively good at putting things together and I like puzzles. So this was very interesting and a cool experience. The pieces are VERY small, so you have to be VERY careful when unscrewing everything, and follow the instructions carefully so you don't damage anything. The video was great, it was extremely helpful. I don't think I would have been able to do it without the video. There is an instruction layout that you secure to a flat surface that has step by step instructions for the disassembly of the phone and next to each step there are spaces provided for you to place the pieces that are removed from the phone. The only issue I ran into was that there were a few steps from the video that did not go in the same order as the instruction layout so that made things a little confusing for a bit. I was kind of skeptical about this whole thing and ended up being pleasantly surprised that this really worked and the result was fantastic! Brand new screen! Phone works great! Definitely recommend!

Good quality, not for armatures.

Good product with impressive packaging and useful tools. It takes about 45 minutes to take apart and put the phone back together. Also, make sure you keep all the screws organized, some screws are larger and some are smaller but they are ALL so small that the difference is impossible to tell. The guy in the instruction video for this product also doesn't tell you when there will be a small/large screw until he takes it out, so no warning. Everything on the inside of the phone is delicate, more so than thee electronics-- if you aren't confident don't bother with it. Also, this product with next day shipping ($5.99) costs almost as much as having someone else do it for you. I received quotes for about $99-$129.99 to have someone supply the screen and install it. I don't know what the current price is but, it was about a $40 difference for me. I wanted to take on the challenge and luckily was able to handle it, but it is a lot of work.
