I'll update if anything changes but I did want to leave a baseline review. Came decently packaged. I was nervous seeing some of the other reviews. (I'm the type where one bad review usually completely detures me). Condition is like new, I am super impressed with that. I received a charger, wasn't Samsung brand but that doesn't bother me. It also came with an adapter so transferring data between devices is simple. Some people have mentioned low picture quality, I have yet to see an issue. All in all I am more than satisfied with the product. UPDATE: the only thin I don't care for is the video quality of the outward camera. Perhaps that's something I can change in the settings. Also the charger cord was not Samsung BUT the wall plug in is and is a fast charger which I love. It's been close to a month and zero issues. Still beyond happy with the purchase.

Works fine with MetroPCS. Looks like new condition.

Purchased a week ago and arrived early to my delight. The phone came in a generic box and it appeared to be unused. The phone I received did not have those preloaded carrier apps, which is great since I use a third party carrier (MetroPCS), and couldn't use carrier loaded apps from AT&T and the likes that would only take up room on the phone. This leads me to think that it was an unlocked phone right out of the factory. Activating with MetroPCS may require contacting customer support or visiting their store. I haven't had much luck activating through the MetroPCS website or over the automated phone (probably because its not a MetroPCS locked phone). Overall, very happy with the purchase and will recommend.

I bought this for my SO as a valentines gift. It arrived in 2 days, excellent conditions. Comes with original charger. When turned on it did say tmobile. Took it to metro that same day and got it connected without any problems. Only little problem I have noticed is sometimes the screen doesn't react as fast. It only has happened twice.. I put the brightness down and when I wanted to slide the screen up it got stuck for a couple seconds. The second time the alarm went off (time to go to work) and when we tried hitting snooze it wouldn't do it.. not a big deal but hope it doesn't create bigger problems down the road. He did complain a little about battery life. This is a guy who is constantly getting phone calls and making calls for work so during work and even after work he needs it. I just told him to have a charger at work. He needs to adjust since his old phone would last all day sometimes more. I have an S8 but I'm on social media most of the day and I'm used to constantly charging it. All in all, my bf loves this! This is a real upgrade for him. He had a Samsung J3!! I told him that we are in 2019 already he needs to keep with technology and get a phone that has 1080p video quality LOL! Now we are twins. I got mine from tmobile 2 years ago and it is still working amazing ❤

Best Cost Effective Way To Own A Galaxy S8+

This certified refurbished Galaxy S8+ looks and works like new. Things I like: Processor speed, RAM, 64GB internal storage, size and weight. Things I don't like: rounded edges make it difficult to get a snug glass screen protector fit. Sensitivity suffers, especially at the edges. Samsung add-on software. The fingerprint sensor is in a horrible location rendering it close to useless. Thank heavens that it has iris recognition capability. While I find some things useful, the rest is bloat-ware to me. Because of the beautiful shape of the phone it is hard to find a protective case for good dropping protection. Overall: This was a cost effective way to have a S8+ and while it may not be technically "new", it looks and works like it. The fingerprint sensor location is bad real bad. I will not be keeping the S8+ for long term. Maybe the S9+ fixed this oversight.

The phone is very nice and looks brand new. It does have a T-Mobile load screen but luckily that is my carrier. I imagine it would be fine on other GSM carriers since it uses a sim card. Just a note that all you get is the phone with a generic charger and cable. Not included is the tool for opening the SIM/SD card slot but a needle or pin works fine. There is also no manual so you will have to get that online. If you don't have a Nano sim card you will need to get one or cut down your larger one. Templates are online. A new sim is only $10 if you order here instead of the $25 you will get charged at the store. You can change your sim card online for free. Overall I am very pleased with the phone for the much lower price than one direct from Samsung. It updated several times getting to the latest Android OS. Very very fast with lots of memory although I did add a 200GB micro SD card for extra storage over the internal 64GB.

Great buy, works on MetroPCS

Product was as described and comes in good condition with only very minor scratches on back case. Startup said Verizon, but that's just cause it's thier model, it should work for all gsm carriers. Just inserting my MetroPCS sim card did not enable it on the network. I had to call MetroPCS and give them the IMEI number I guess so they could register it to my account and then everything worked perfectly to call and text (be sure to test while you have the rep. On the phone). You may also need to change the APN (Access Point Name) settings to that of your carrier (go into phone settings > connections > mobile networks) but being an unlocked phone they programmed a variety of APN profiles already so just select yours. Phone works perfect and is a great deal!!!
