WOW!

What a great bargain!!!! I am so happy! Not only was this a great price, but it is exactly like the one the Directv people gave me. It worked immediately! I didn't even have to program it ( which I was worried about ) I don't understand that - but I'm not complaining! Maybe I had the right kind of TV - I don't know. But THANK YOU THANK YOU ! I think everyone who owns a Genie receiver should order this just to have extras on hand!

Great value

I've got a 6 year old that is rough on everything, who broke the original remote I had in my living room. The cover for the battery compartment on both my living room remote and bedroom remote started falling off years ago. So we'd been going with the batteries exposed & falling out for as long as I can remember. Ordered these and they were so cheap & so easy to set up. They work just as expected. I wasn't sure, & was a little afraid of what AT&T/DirecTV would want to charge us for replacement remotes, but these were a great price for a set of 2. Because these are original Directv remotes, I'm certain we'll eventually encounter the same problem with the battery cover (not the seller's fault), but in the meantime, we have 2 working & INTACT remotes. I will definitely return to this seller to purchase more if the need arises in the future.

Why did I wait?

Seriously. If your remote is even dirty, it's worth it to replace your DirecTV remotes with these. We have been unable to turn on our TV in our kitchen for years without moving the slide button over. Bought this remote and problem is solved. Remote in our bedroom wouldn't change inputs. This replacement does. If you have the longer and older DirecTV remotes, do yourself a favor and get these. The price is amazingly low.

Get Extras, what were we thinking before??

These are OEM DirecTV remotes and there are easy instructions which guide you through programming them. I ordered to replace a broken one and since they came as a two-pack, I ordered the package. Now we're able to have two remotes in the same room - one for my wife, one for me- works fantastic! Don't seem to have to hunt for the remote very often when you have more than one.

Puppy proof your home, then get these

Our year old golden retriever apparently was offended by what was on TV, so she took it upon herself to change the channel. Evidently, the was nothing but commericials on animal planet (or cat videos on You-Tube). In frustration, our Lola converted the remote into a high tech chew toy. I'm sure she regretted it immediately. We all make mistakes. Our friendly local TV office wanted a kings ransom for a replacement remote. Lo and behold, our friends at Amazon have not one, but a two pack (incase the cat decides to pitch in). Great price, exact replacement, and 2 minutes and 27 second later, Lola was back to watching "the Young and the Restless". Seriously, this is a 100% identical remote (less bite marks) .

Great deal and cheaper than what Directv will charge you for one.

If you want 2 remotes cheaper than what Directv charges, you should get these if you don't have their protection plan. My previous remote malfunctioned, and I called Directv to troubleshoot it. They told me I couldn't get the protection plan at the time, so I told them to hold off and ill buy it on Amazon. I was able to find not one but TWO remotes cheaper than the $15 than Directv charges. They're the exact same remotes and I have one for use and one that I can save just in case the other one malfunctions. Great price, great quality, they work. BUY THEM!

Puppy = 1 / Original Remote = 0

Bought the 2-pack since our new puppy demolished the remote that came with our Directv box. These are amazingly cost effective and it is so simple to program!! Didn't require any of the online tutorials, just put in batteries and was prompted through all set up procedures. THANK YOU!!

We took in a stray dog that decided to use our remote as a chew toy, this is the exact remote that DirectTV tried to sell me when I called for a replacement except they wanted $30!! It came with easy to read instructions and batteries for both remotes! This is absolutely worth every penny and I would definitely recommend this product.

True factory Att DirecTV remotes!

I recieved my remotes by Vista Distributing. These are the newest remotes with the Att logo next to DIRECTV. They were sealed in plastic bags with batteries, instructions and remote labels for which room you are using. They both work perfectly. You can't beat this deal for 2 OEM remotes for less than $7.50 for 2 remotes and batteries. Thank you Vista Distributing!
