OMG - this is super accurate and reliable! allowing me to fix health problems

I love this product. I have had annual blood tests that show my glucose rather high at fasting, above 100. I ignored it until a recent blood test was sky high. I purchased the Keto-Mojo to measure diet changes and watch what my glucose was doing. This little product allowed me to focus on the cause of my high glucose - which turns out to be a lipid transport problem that created insulin resistance. Who knew that cholesterol can make you insulin resistant? So i am fixing health problems, and mostly thanks to Keto-Mojo for giving me accurate, reliable, repeatable, AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! Love this product, and company.

Better accuracy and lower priced test strips

I purchased the Keto-Mojo monitor and test strips for both ketone and glucose measuring. I was using the One Touch Ultra monitor and strips for my glucose monitoring prior to this. I recently became a client of Dr. Darren Schmidt and his office suggested using the Keto-Mojo monitor and strips for all his new patients. They said that the One Touch Ultra would be fine for the glucose measuring, but to use the Keto-Mojo for monitoring ketones. Well, at first that's what I did. Then when it came time to replace the test strips for the OTU, I found that they were 3 times higher! So I reordered some for the OTU and purchased a pack of 50 test strips for the K-M monitor. I found the K-M monitor as accurate or even more accurate than the OTU monitor, but the K-M needed just a tiny bit more blood for the sampling. Although I don't have a problem getting a sample, I know it might possibly play a role in others. Personally, it was an insignificant amount. As it stands now, I'm only using the K-M kit for both ketones and glucose monitoring with complete confidence in the accuracy and fairness in pricing. I would definitely recommend it to anyone ordering for the first time or anyone replacing their other monitors. Dr. Schmidt's office was correct; this is a great deal!

Affordable Ketone testing

I was using this product to lose weight. I have been doing a Keto type diet and using the urine test strips which are inexpensive but very inaccurate. After doing a week long fast the urine strips said no Ketones or only a trace. Knowing this could not be true I researched a affordable alternative and found the Keto-Mojo meter. I was very happy to get an accurate results, finally. I am also a diabetic and have been using this meter now to test both my glucose and Ketone levels. It uses a bit more blood to do the Ketones but not so much for the glucose. I am very happy with this product and receive my test strips fast (and affordable) when needed. I find it to be just as accurate as my Precision Xtra meter and not as expensive.

Easy to use.... I'm very pleased

I have recently been told by my doctor that I am pre-diabetic. I bought the Keto-Mojo meter kit and these glucose test strips. I am very pleased with all of it. The videos at the Keto-Mojo website explain very clearly how to use the monitor, the lancet and the glucose test strips. I have been using the meter for a few days now and it is very quick and easy to use. I am not following a Keto diet now, but I may try it in the future. So I wanted a meter that would allow me to measure both blood glucose with these strips and also ketones with the ketone strips (which are different from these). Be sure that you order the appropriate strips for which you want to test: glucose test strips for glucose and the ketone test strips for testing ketones......

Slow down and don’t screw up like I did ...

I got this to use for intermittent fasting on a ketogenic diet, and it’s just right. I have to admit I wasted a few test strips and thought they or the meter weren’t working correctly, but when I read the instructions manual again, it was clear the problem was me. Oh, well. At least that was quickly and easily fixable. Also, when I ordered more lancets I got 33 gauge ones because I thought they’d be less painful. Turns out the 30 gauge ones that come in this kit are better. They don’t actually hurt at all. There’s just a quick sort of a flick without any sense of sharpness. (I also confess that I sing while doing the lancing to distract myself — just in case!) And the 33 gauge ones were so small I had a hard time getting enough blood. Back to the 30s! The first couple of days doing the glucose and ketone testing I felt a bit nervous, but now, the morning of day 5, it’s simple and getting to be routine. So if you’re new to all this, just slow down and take it easy, and I’ll bet you’ll be completely satisfied with your Keto Mojo monitor.

ideal for keto diet. Accurate and affordable.

Easily the most affordable and accurate Test strips I’ve used. I am glad a company finally came out with the NUTRITIONAL KETOSIS people in mind. I have been on the keto diet for a while and was tired of overpaying for strips and meters that weren’t even consistently accurate. So far I have been very impressed with Keto Mojo. I used to use a separate meter for blood glucose and ketones, but now I’m glad I only need one meter. I just need a dash button for these things next

Why Yes, I am in ketosis.

I was happy to find the Keto Mojo. It reassured me that I am in ketosis. Everything I needed to start testing was in the kit; I also ordered extra strips. I received the case, meter, glucose, ketone test strips and the lancet. I started my Keto way of eating in Oct. 2017. I was using urine strips, but they stopped working when I became fat adapted. I have stopped tracking my macros and just wanted to see if I was still in ketosis. I also like to check my glucose as well, that's a bonus since the meter does both.

EASY TO USE AND WORKS GREAT

This monitor has been a great help for us in managing blood glucose levels and determining ketones levels as well. The online videos were very easy to view and made it extremely easy to do everything we were hoping to do with this product. I only had one test strip that was improperly used and from then on I understood the process and things have worked great. Thank you for providing this valuable tool to check both glucose and ketones! We have reordered supplies since the original purchase and get everything quickly and just as ordered.
