a lot of light.
awesome garage light. Much brighter than regular fluorescent lights and the down pull to turn on and off is much better that an end pull. Would definitely buy again.

Here's the scoop...
I have a single stall garage that I use for detailing cars. It has 2 lights on the ceiling but they are not very bright at all. I shopped around the best deal and ended up purchasing this LED shop light. Installation was easy, there's really nothing to it . The lights are BRIGHT. I bought 2 but could have gotten away with only 1, they're that bright. What I like about them is you can 'link' them together. I have one unit plugged in an outlet, then the 2nd unit plug directly into the first unit. The pull chains feel solid and not cheap at all. Excellent product for the money!

Sweeeet!!
Normally I don't bother with pictures, but holy crap this light is awesome. If you look in the pictures (ignore the mess. Had to bring everything indoors due to florence) you can see my garage light on and off. I will be buying more of these lights. Once I close the sides in on my workbench it will be even better. 2 more lights hanging from ceiling should do me just fine. The quality is there. Mounting is a bit confusing but can be done with a little thinking.

Simply Brilliant!
I just finished the installation. It took me well under an hour to install 5 lights. These lights were very easy to install. I used the "pendant" style installation but they include hardware and instructions for a wide variety of installations. There was no "fudging" anything. Everything fit as it was supposed to. The "v" hooks, chain, and ceiling hooks were more than heavy enough to handle the weight of these fixtures. The daisy chain, plug and play connections couldn't be easier. The light produced is crisp and bright. The only remaining question is how long they will last. For now, I'm very happy!

Extremely satisfied with these lights
I don't write a lot of reviews for products that aren't tech related, but I do when a product impresses me. I bought 4 of these for my garage to replace 4 florescent drop lights that were hard-wired by 20ga wire draped along the ceiling by the previous owner. Including taking down old lights, wiring 4 female plugs on the 20ga wires (mine are too far apart to daisy chain), and then putting up these lights, it took me about 2 hours (30 minutes per light). However, if there was an available outlet on the ceiling to plug into (my garage door openers were already occupying those), it would have taken about 4 minutes per light because I already had the hanger chains on the ceiling from the old lights. After installation, I found them to work perfectly. These things are BRIGHT. Almost bordering on too bright, but I can't imagine you complaining about a garage being too bright. They're instant-on, no flickering like the old florescents, and NEVER have to dispose of florescent bulbs ever again. Highly recommend these as replacements or new installs.

Great workbench light! Love it!
Installed in a new workbench I built. It is AWESOME. LOVE this light. Came with everything to mount.

Good lighting but flush mounting is not really a good option.
Pro I installed 2 of these lights and it lights up my garage beautifully! Con 1) One of the lights was slightly bent, but I straightened it out enough that it's OK. 2) I originally planned to install the light flush mounted, but the cord is designed so that it extends outwards. If it was available inside the light frame, I would be able to string it up through the frame (if there was a hole available. 3) If flush mounted, there is no way to tighten the screws. Once you put the light over the screw head, you then need to slide the light over and hope it is not tipped back by accident. There is no way to finish tightening the screw head. 4) I had to use the chain mounting mode instead.

and it was easy to install
I got this to replace the fluorescents in our workshop. It was well worth the price, because it is way brighter than before, and it was easy to install. I plan on getting a few more eventually to finish lighting the work shop.

Great value. Could have spent more and wouldn’t have done any better.
Bought a 10 pack for my 40x50x16 shop. Didn’t know what I was going to need so figured I’d try 10 then get more if needed. Trusses are on 5ft spacing. Put lights 11 ft fom each wall and on every second truss, so basically they are 10 ft from each other in all directions. Ran a powerline down the center with an outlet on the tusses with lights, plugged them in, hit the switch and instant daylight. They are bright, not an unlit spot in the building. 10 of them easily covers 2000 sq feet. I am impressed. They arrived in good condition, not damaged as others have said thiers were, but the way they are packaged I could see it happening. I didnt use the included chains or try to line up the mounting slots on the lights. I just driled 2 holes in the center of them and screwed directly to the truss. I am really impressed with these lights, now I’ll just have to wat to see how long they last.

Wow ligt output for $35 bucks. So light and easy to install.
Hey - for $35 bucks I wan't expecting much. Need better light above a workbench than my florescent fixture. Trying to go LED where I can. Didn't care these were not replaceable bulbs as LED lasts so long. These are very light so VERY easy to mount just about anywhere you want. The light output exceeded my expectations. I am very happy with these shop lights. Gonna buy more. I'm throwing away the old ballast based lights. Note: I haven't used these in really cold weather yet. Some say OK to very cold temps & many reviews said no problem, so in my barn shop I left a couple heavy ballast figures in place. They fire up fine at zoo degrees.
