Great glassware with WONDERFUL customer service

Love these glasses, and the company’s customer service went above and beyond. I purchased these glasses because I wanted something simple and more “grown-up“ to replace the plastic cups that I’ve had since college. They arrived quickly, packed well, and looked just as simple as classy as I had wanted. I immediately rinsed them out and placed them in my drying rack, but was disappointed when one had a big chip break off immediately, just from rinsing and drying. I emailed the seller to see if there was anyway to replace the single glass that broke. I was told the new glass would be shipped right away, no extra charge, and it was honestly the easiest customer service interaction I think I’ve ever had. As if that wasn’t enough, and to my surprise, just a couple of days later another complete set of glasses showed up at my doorstep! Thank you so much, Libby, I now have all the glasses I could ever want, and your customer service pretty much made my day. Definitely worth five stars all around.

My favorite glasses!

I love these glasses! They wash well in the dishwasher, they are light and comfortable to hold. I enjoy the sleek modern look, very simplistic and functional. They seem durable but I haven’t been putting them through anything crazy besides normal everyday use. So far no chips or scratches and I’ve been using them for about 2 months now.

2nd Set

This is our second set of Libbey glasses. Flat bottoms don't don't hold water in the dishwasher like other brands. Great value, so perfect for a family with kids that will go through a set every few years. Nice looking set that pairs well with all of our china.

HIGH QUALITY GLASSES

Appears to be durable. Highball glasses are well balanced and stylish. I would recommend these glasses (highball & tumbler size) without exception.

Love them .. and I searched a long time.

Was hard to find a glass that wasn’t smaller at the bottom then at the top which I think isn’t the smartest shape for a glass .. with liquid in it .. that you wouldn’t want to tip over .. sooo why do they make the bottoms smaller than the top ?! Ugh sorry back on topic! These glasses are sleek and high quality. A little heavy but definitely not one of the heaviest . And the bottom is the same as the top so it doesn’t knock over easy!! What a concept glass companies ! Lol ok I’m done.

Plenty of beautiful glassware, washes in the dishwasher. Replaced all our old glasses with this set.

Just What I Wanted

I was looking for a quality glassware in a classic design, and found these at a local department store. I wasn't able to buy them at the time but was very pleased to find them later on Amazon, and have been very happy with my purchase. They are an exceptional quality for the price, and there are no seams or lines in the glass as I've seen with some inexpensive brands. Not too heavy, but enough weight to feel like a quality piece of glassware.

These glasses are beautiful. I bought them for entertaining purposes. We have some old glasses that I’ve had for years that my family and I use. These will be used for guests, so I don’t mind hand washing and taking a little extra care with these. One glass came in defective and I had to contact the seller. They were more than generous with their solution to my problem and I’m very happy with my purchase.

Excellent Customer Service!

Update: Libbey is amazing! This company truly cares about their customers and the quality of their products. They responded to an inquiry of mine within the same day and went above and beyond to resolve the issue that I had. If I ever need to purchase a set of glasses again it will definetly be with Libbey. This set is amazing. The quality of the glasses are great and the style is even better. I love the refinement they add to my kitchen. Unfortunately, one of my glasses shattered in the dishwater and now I have an uneven set.
