Good Product

Will warp with 700 deg heat on grill but, flattens back out as temp drops. I was skeptical when I first opened but after 10-12 uses I really like this sheet pan. Size a little diff than my alum half sheets. Pretty polished surface gets slightly marred after several uses but, cleanup is really nice.

This is a good product. I am using it mostly at this point to roast veggies. I used it both with and without the rack (roasted eggplant slices on the rack within the pan).. It has not warped or given any trouble at 425 degrees, which is the roasting temp I have used. I like that it is stainless steel rather than aluminum.

Excellent value for the money!

I wanted something non-toxic but as high quality as possible for my budget. I haven't had success with Norpro bakeware in the past, for many reasons, so I was nervous to try out another affordable 100% stainless steel option. However, with the consistently awesome reviews I gave it a whirl. I couldn't be more pleased! It's MUCH thicker/sturdier than I expected, which was something I was worried about. Clean up is a BREEZE. Seriously. The cooling rack addition allowed for us to make THE tastiest, juiciest, crispiest, drool-worthy bacon I have ever consumed. Yep, seriously. A few times it "popped" in the oven, but that was totally user-error because the pan went straight from sitting on a cold, stainless steel island counter to a 400 degree oven. The times that I set my pan on the stove as it preheats the popping is never an issue. Love this pan, would highly recommend!

excellent product!

I was extremely impressed with this product! it was very well packaged and arrived on time. After running it through the dishwasher I used it to make bacon and it was the best I ever made!~ Clean up was a breeze too. I've needed to upgrade my baking pans/sheets and I've decided to go with stainless steel for all of them.

WHY didn't I know you can cook bacon like this? It makes life so much easier and no more grease spatter burns! You might want to put aluminum foil to make cleaning easier.

Great pan with rack

Great pan with rack. Could be used separately as a cooling rack for cookies, or together for baking bacon or other things in the oven. I throw them in the dishwasher and they come out very clean. Only have had them for about a month but very happy with this set. Pretty good quality from what I can see. I am trying to convert most of my baking and cooking stuff to stainless steel from non stick for health reasons because of Teflon. I

Oven Baked Bacon's New Best Friend

This makes my bacon cooking journey a breeze now! Bought this as I was tired of frying bacon and it making a greasy mess. This is big enough to bake a pack of bacon and it comes out crispy with no need to flip. Im Sure I can use this for other baking needs. But honestly just bought it for my bacon :-)

Easy of use.

We ordered this pan and rack thinking we would use it occasionally however, we seem to be using it quite often for our baking needs. It is east to keep clean. We are very pleased with the baking sheet and rack. Plus, we do love our pan.
