Evening bag chain that makes a statement

Great heft and smooth machining of the links keeps it from snagging even lace. Such an improvement over the nasty little chain provided with a very costly evening clutch. I'd like it even more a little longer. A tad short for crossbody wear.

I bought it to replace the strap on a leather Fossil bag. Perfect!

The hardware that attaches the shoulder strap to a leather Fossil bag broke (both sides!, after a few months of gentle use. It is a lovely bag and i was really disappointed. Fossil stands behind its products, but we live in Alaska, and the cost to ship the purse back to them would have been expensive. On top of that, I would have had to pay an additional $8 for the replacement strap. This flat chain strap is the perfect solution! It matches the antiqued brass look of the bag's hardware and has a good weight to it .... not too fragile for everyday use. It also saved me a bit of money (the cost of the return shipping and back). At just $8, and free Prime shipping with Amazon, I have a shoulder strap I can count on.

Sturdy!

Very sturdy and yes, it is heavy but that doesn’t bother me. I bought the bronze to use with my LV crossbody and it looks good.
