Great laptop stand!

This laptop stand works perfectly. I have the laptop that opens up completely and turns into a tablet. I have tried the other and they did not work. This one fits my laptop and keeps it in the upright position. The only drawback is that I had to keep adjusting the opening of the stand to accommodate my laptop and on the very last attempt at getting the opening the correct size, I striped the screws. Thankfully, it fits perfectly!

Soft Grip & Secure Hold!

I am able to charge my laptops while they are holding in the stand at the foot of my bed securely hidden away out of anyone's line of sight. The metal stand is heavy enough to have a center of gravity that keeps both laptops upright, holding them firmly without scratching or damaging the outer shell in any way. It's everything I was looking for - I can dock both of my laptops together wherever I like, The sleek design catches my eye especially when I see that non-scratch silver exterior looking so great. It will never tip over whether on a tabletop/desktop or a carpeted floor, The docking width is easy to adjust with a screwdriver, It's a quality product worth every penny - it will last a lot longer than my laptops (lol). Works with Mac mini!

Originally, I had a laptop stand and a Mac mini stand in my cart. Then I found this. I was actually kinda thinking this was going to be one of those spring loaded things like a universal phone holder for your car. Upon opening the box I saw an Allen key. Things were looking up! First off, this thing has some weight! It just feels nice and strong. The adjustable size mechanism is a sliding arm held down by hex bolts. Pretty solid! My only gripe is the rubber padding doesn’t extend the full length of the bottom. So it could possibly scratch up the surface. But for me, it’s not enough to know off a star. I could just lay something down if it becomes a problem. Over all, I’m pretty happy with this. A solid recommend from me!

Great, Durable Space Saver!

This product is great! I had seen another version for TWICE the price and decided to give this one a try. It was worth it. This dock is great for freeing up space when you aren't using your laptop. It also comes with an Alan wrench for adjusting the space between the dividers but it was delivered with the perfect fit for my two Macbook Pro 13" laptops. It is about 5 7/8 inch long, 4 3/8 wide, and 1 3/8 inch tall. It is sturdy and has a good weight to it without being excessive. It also has silicone both on the base and the insides (the space that makes contact with your laptop). And lets not forget that it looks nice!

Compact yet solid!

I ordered three of these for my boys to make better use of the space on their desks. They have large gaming laptops and iPads for school. These stands fit them with room to spare. Don’t settle for plastic. These metal stands are solid with good weight and I have no concerns about their ability to support the weight of a large laptop and old, heavy iPad. I had one issue: one of the Allen head adjustment screws was slightly too big (manufacturing defect). I reported the issue to the seller who responded the very next day and shipped me a new unit when all I needed was a replacement screw. Incredible customer service!

Big-ol' Hunk of Metal. Gets the job done.

Does its job. For what it is, it should be cheaper. It's just a hunk of metal with hex screws in the bottom. I do like how wide both sides get. I have a MacBook with a large "lifeproof"-like case that fits in it, and also an Alienware laptop from like 2013 that is pretty big that it fits. Both with room to share. Kinda wish they made one that holds 3 laptops. Or the option to buy another part to make it compatible with a third laptop. Take notes OMOTON.

Fantastic service!

Update: Beyond fantastic customer service! They sent me a brand new one ASAP and an apology, without me even contacting them (read my review I guess) with zero issues. I may still change out the screws, but bravo on making it right! You really earned your 5 stars. Original: Ok, so I read a bunch of the reviews before buying and saw one fellow said he stripped a screw from readjusting it too many times. I can understand that, but the first time?? I was extra careful because of his experience. The metal on the adjusting screws actually felt "soft" for lack of a better word. I was not over-tightening at all. If they do not stay in place I may have to return. I also agree with one other fellow who made the point that the silicone only covers partially dependent upon how wide you expand it. I am using it for my Macbook Pro 2018 and my Dell G7 15 2018. Now...what I do like. It's heavy, looks good and both stayed put for the moment. I hope it doesn't loosen up or I have no way to re-tighten or loosen the screws. Great Idea, awesome space saver... just get stronger screws...really.

Easy to adjust with excellent fit & finish.

Fit & finish are good. Very easy to adjust. Clears up space I needed on small table full of gadgets next to my work desk. If I had to nitpick, it'd be nice if the flat rubber piece was wider as the Microsoft Surface Book 2 almost touches the anodized aluminum base (a few mm's) but it's not annoying to the point it's worth deducting a star (more like 0.25). Worse case scenario, I can attach a small strip of foam tape if needed. They sent wrong color (silver) so I returned & waited a few weeks to get correct color (grey)...And still received silver (sent pics to their customer service & got a confirmation response) but they took care of the situation so I can't complain too much. Overall, fits & makes the Microsoft Surface Book 2 & Samsung Chromebook look good on the table so I highly recommend this product.

Surprisingly built solid.

I just got mine and put in a 2011 macbook pro and a 2015 macbook air next to it. You can see it comes with an alan wrench to adjust the screw slide base for both slots. This will MORE then accommodate and size thickness of any notebook and there is padding inside to protect your notebook for removal and replacement. When I got the box it came in, I was surprised how heavy it was. This thing is built with serious metal and heft to it. I dare say you could stand your notebook straight up on its end and it wouldn't topple. The base supports on the sides are more then capable. I am planning to order another one of these for my office. Well worth every penny!!

This is perfect!

I purchased this to hold a MacBook and a larger ASUS laptop. I read some reviews that said the screws strip easily so I was very careful when tightening them. I had to readjust the size once as I misjudged the first time. I didn't strip the screws at all. It works perfectly to hold both laptops. It seems very solid and I'm not worried about them falling over at all. I appreciate that it is metal and not plastic. Also, there are rubber/foam pads inside the stand so it doesn't scratch my computers. All in all, I'm very glad I purchased this! My table isn't a mess of laptops anymore.
