Works Great! Some games are a little slow saving.

These work great! They have the FULL capacity they advertise. Some games still refer to them as "8MB Playstation 2 Memory Card", but that's just a hardcoded string in the game because the original memory cards were only 8MB. When you get to the screen that shows free space you can see the full space is available. I have noticed that some games take a while to save or load when there are tons of games saved onto one card. This is a limitation of the game because it wasn't designed to deal with dozens of save games on one card (Because that many wouldn' t fit on a regular card). But it's not that big of a deal and if your a little bit patient it will save or load just fine. I've never had a game fail to save or load from these cards. But some poorly coded games will take an extra 10 seconds or so. Some (Most) games save/load instantly regardless of how many games are saved on the card, so it really just depends on the game. The only thing you can't do with these cards is create a Free McBoot card. That only works on an original card labeled "Magic Gate"

For the PS4, for the holidays

My daughter's closest male friend (as opposed to her closest female friend, since she has a clear best friend in each of those two genders) is coming for a visit over the holidays. They've been e-penpals for years, but are meeting face to face for the first time. They have a lot of activities planned, but when they're at the house they're going to play games on the PS4 like there's no tomorrow, and as such we needed a decent size memory card before he gets here. I haven't cracked the packaging yet, but I purchased this card because it was a good value for the money. Looking forward to hiding in my bedroom while the twenty-somethings play video games downstairs; looking forward to listening to them having a great time together.
