I bought this product to help with liver function NOT to help compulsive behaviors. After ten days of use during which I ramped up from one pill per day to two per day, I suddenly stopped a habit which I’ve had for over forty years. I’d never thought of chewing my lip as a compulsive behavior until I suddenly stopped. For those of you who blab on about no clinical proof and placebo effect blah blah blah, it worked for me. This ain’t my first time at the supplement rodeo, I know what works for me and what doesn’t.

I’m trying many NACs since it doesn’t hurt to experiment different brands. This product should help with virus as it helps when you are fraught with lung congestion. With the virus from China, I think this item or any NACs will help fight the virus. Plus don’t forget to take Lysine and L-Threonine since they fight viruses too.

Great Product

I have COPD and my doctor recommended that I take this twice a day. Since starting it, my lungs are doing better.I highly recommend Nutricost because it works and doesn't have as bad sulfur smell as all the other brands I have tried. It is also cheaper than all other brands. Thank you Nitricost for a great product.

Works

I am taking 1800mg of this and 200mg L-Carnosine, I was diagnosed with the beginning of cataracts several years ago. I have had 2 Lasik surgeries and I am not comfortable dealing with cataract surgery. I was beginning to notice more fogginess, and found these. In one week my eyes began producing more fluids, at first the fogginess got worse but in a week my vision is clear. No I have not gone to an eye doctor to look at it but I do know that I have clearer vision and more fluid in my eyes since starting these.

Worked for Tourette’s

My daughter’s dr recommended she try this supplement to help her Tourette’s syndrome when the Tourette’s medicine wasn’t working as well. So we added this along with the meds she is currently on. At first we didn’t notice anything but now about 4 weeks in, her tics have faded away and her anxiety is much better. I’m keeping my fingers crossed it’ll keep her tics at bay for good. Anyone who is looking for a supplement for ocd, anxiety, Tourette’s, etc should consider giving this a try!

It’s Just sulfur, that’s why it smells funny

I had an issue with my kidneys. I started taking these and the GFR actually increased from 21 to 44 which for a 73 year old is pretty good.
