We bought two for our office, and they staple more pages than it says. They misfire every once in a while, but it is no joke about these being very easy to staple. We had gotten to the point of having to pound our old Swingliner with a fist or stand up and put our upper body into it to get it to staple 10 pages. This one almost feels like it's powered by an air cartridge or something. Good job Paperpro!

Works really great. The first two I purchased show PaperPro on the side but the safety green one I just got shows Bostitch on the side. But these things work really well. Even if picking up to staples it is so much easier than regular staplers. I have had trigger thumb surgery and have trigger finger in my index finger and this really helps with that issue when stapling. I can highly recommend this stapler.

Great stapler for teachers! I bought it specifically for bulletin boards and it does not disappoint! I love how there is a stapler remover on the back. Note: when you open the stapler so it' flat, you have to hold the slide-out each time. This doesn't bother me but it might bother some. The only thing that could make this stapler better is if the stapler remover was magnetic so that I can easily catch all those spent staples instead of having them fall on my classroom floor.

Very easy to use, the only downside is that I took it out of the package, discarded the package and didn't go to load staples into it until some few days later - and the staple-loading method is NOT intuitive! And I'm pretty darn handy! I finally figured it out, and I'm certain the loading instructions are on the packaging I threw away, but be smarter than I am and KEEP them until you load it the first time. It really is a "reduced effort" stapler - I'm a student and keep it on my desk all the time, can staple one-handed without having to put it on the desk and lean on it. (UPDATE/TIP: BTW, I learned the hard way that this stapler requires DECENT staples. Thin (read "cheap") staples from the dollar/discount stores do NOT work in this stapler - apparently they are made of too thin a material for the little bar to push them forward, it goes OVER the staples instead. Buy some decent staples. I thought I was going to have to trash this thing in frustration when I couldn't get the cheapo staples to advance - then finally bought some good ones and it worked like a charm. Word to da' wise....

I really like this stapler. It stands on end or sits flat. It took me a minute to figure out how to put the staples in, lol...didn't load like a standard stapler and there are no instructions included. Yeah, I know...such a putz that I need instructions. HAHA. But if I can figure it out, anyone can. It staples easily with no effort (as described). I keep forgetting I don't have to squeeze it to death to get the stapler to work. I've ordered additional ones for the office.

This stapler is ahhhhmazing. I am a teacher and staple often. I have developed a little arthritis in my dominant wrist and stapling is becoming a bit painful. I used this stapler when passing in the office and was shocked by how you don't have to exert pressure to staple. I bought one immediately and my Mom got one too, after trying mine. A wrist and hand saver!!

Teachers!!!! This is the best quality stapler you will ever have. Putting up border? bulletin boards? charts? graphs? children’s work? You need this stapler. It’s the small things in life, but this is a necessity.

Who knew that one could actually improve on a common desk tool, or that it even needed improving? The PaperPro people did & we are grateful for it! Both my Mom & I suffer from arthritis in our hands & fingers, so when my hubs brought one home, we were astounded by its ease of use. This lightweight stapler really only requires one finger (okay, 2 for arthritic digits) to staple 20 sheets of paper. Even my teenaged daughters were impressed, & that alone says a lot. Loved it so much, I had to get the pink one for both my Mom & me. I highly recommend this product to everyone. Note: loading this device is a little different from your standard stapler, but the instructions are here on this site.

This is a very light device, featherweight. I found it somewhat puzzling to figure out, no instructions at all, but there are pictures on the Amazon website if you scroll to the right level. Basically, to load, you split it open, and the pusher mechanism withdraws back into the handle, and you merely lay the staples upside down in the empty trough. Then re-close. Simple as pie, if you have done it once. It works on an internal spring loaded mechanism and when it triggers, it's totally internal. The result is if it works and staples, it's good. But there's no pressure or other kind of finessing that you do with your hand. (It's not electric, but an electric stapler also works that way - it works or it doesn't and there's no magic you can use like standing up, pushing harder, etc.) If it's a bit reluctant to fully bend in the staples on the back (this might happen around 18 pages) you can tap them down by hand. However, if it doesn't staple, nothing happens (above 20 pages). Interesting.

Excellent stapler, easy to load and you can staple without having to squeeze hard, it make stapling a thick stack of papers easy for me. I was using a traditional heavy metal stapler for years where you had to bang it hard to get it to properly cut through like 15 sheets of paper, but this one is a breeze and you can use it while it is flat on a desk or hold it in your hand and staple just as easily.
