I love it!

I love this book light! It fully charges in about 35 minutes (for me) and holds a charge for a 4 hour study session (for me). The light does not hold a charge if you let it sit around, it will have to be recharged eventually. I also love this light because it fits the Kindle 8th gen pretty well. I attach it on the side of the Kindle using the clip. I also attach it on the front by flipping the grip clip up to give screen room. The light comes with 3 light options with 3 ranges of intensities. I've only had the light for some weeks now but no problems here, will update on how long it lasts! I tried to include pictures of the 3 light options. It does not do it justice but it's there! The room is completely dark and the book pages are nicely lit.

Perfect size and light brightness

Just what I wanted! I like the fact that it doesn’t need batteries. It’s also flexible, it fits in small bag to take in my purse.

Mine is becoming less functional each time I use it. Only used 5 times so far...

I received my light reading light quickly, in fact, a day earlier than anticipated. I followed directions and my light worked as advertised from the start. However, after the initial first two uses, it would not hold the charge. It only works when plugged into my computer. If not plugged in, it will not work. This became irritating, but at least I could use it. Sadly after using it for the fourth time the light flickers. Before purchasing this item, I compared it to others, and read the reviews. I may just have a faulty one. I do not know.UPDATE:9/15/2018 After writing my review, I received without asking, a replacement! I did not contact the seller, they just saw my review and sent out the replacement. So far, it is working as stated. I have given the product 5 stars! The seller gets 5 stars too!. It is nice to know TopElek cares about its customers!

Great value, better than described.

Great book lamp. Gets very bright and can be used as a flashlight too! Maybe could use a lower brightness setting, lowest of three settings is bright but flexible arm can be bent so it will not disturb your partner. No need for batteries. Clip is strong but light weight. Very solid purchase. Great value.

Highly Recommended

I received this as a Christmas gift and now I use it just about every night for reading in bed. I think it is great! There are multiple settings for different intensities of light and it is very easy to use. It stays in place once clipped to the book, and the "neck" is completely adjustable and stays wherever you direct the light. It comes with the USB cable to recharge it (no more running out of batteries!) and there is a separate small indicator light to let you know how much power you have left; so far I've only charged it once, so the battery life seems pretty good. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a good book light.

PERFECT FOR LATE NIGHT READERS!

Great light! I have AMD and require more and more light to read. Because incandescent bulbs are actually better for our eyes, I was looking for an incandescent book light but they are no longer available. But, I find that this book light is perfect, even for clipping on paperback books. I love the fact that it has three brightness settings, is readily adjustable, and easy to charge. This makes it possible for me to read in bed at night without disturbing my sweet hubby with the light on my night stand.

Heck yes. Easily the best reading light

Absolutely 100% the reading light I would recommend. I was trying to find a reading light that met all my expectations, that being: -Had enough brightness options -Could switch between warm and cool light -Arm easily adjustable and long enough -rechargable After looking at a few more popular options, I couldn't find one that met my desires. I kept scrolling until I got to this one. It seemed too good to be true. Everything I wanted. The only concern I had when I bought it was I'd have to press it 8 times to get to a bright warm setting because there were so many options. I was wrong about that too. It does EVERYTHING I want it to do, and then some. To change between light color, you long press, and to change brightness you quick press. The arm is plenty long and easily adjustable. The clip is soft and easy on the pages yet holds the light up well. I was amazed by the battery indicator, which is 4 blue lights that light up when you press the button next to them. It's rechargable. There are no big ugly logos. And just the cherry on top of the cake it comes with a soft carrying bag. I honestly never thought I would write such a review on something like a book light, LOL, but this thing has DEFINITELY surprised me.

Warm and cool light options is great

I love that this light can change between a cooler and warmer light color. At first I thought it wasn't going to work- and did I really need to read the manual for a book light? Well, turns out, reading it briefly did help.... it's not complicated- holding down the button changes the color, and both color tones have three brightness levels. There's even a light that shows if the battery is low, and it comes with a cord to charge it. I have used it just a few times, but I really like this one and am pleased with this purchase. I'm trying to rely on my phone less at night, and this light is just right.

This is a thoughtfully designed book light that does an excellent job

This is a great book light. The light is bright enough to illuminate the entire book, not just one side. The options for light color (warm to cool) and brightness give great flexibility. The neck is long enough and flexible enough to position easily but not so loose that you can't get it to stay where you want it. The clip is long enough and sturdy enough to stay on and the charging indicator/battery indicator makes it easy to know when you need a charge and how the charge is progressing. Also, the charging cable and carrying pouch are really nice touches that make it easy to keep everything together while traveling. Well thought out and well designed. I would definitely buy it again.

Would buy again

Love this booklight. I have never had one before now by this one is pretty great! I was hesitant to purchase it because I wasn’t sure about the different light settings and all of that, but it is actually really great with the three light brightness settings in either the warm or the cool light setting. Well done! The only thing I’m not sure about is whether I care for how wide the clip is? I bought it to read my Bible while my husband is asleep. Honestly, I really can’t complain. It even has a little swivle-bit on the clip itself where it hold a thick book really nicely. Overall. No complaints. Buy this light. You won’t be disappointed. And if you are, make us something better or quit your whining. This product is phenomenal.
