Love this!

SO glad to find this. After cleaning out my old tea kettle it became apparent that there is so much residue you can not see in a traditional enameled tea kettle. If you do some research you will find that the glass is much safer than enameled tea pots. I love that this has a shut off valve for safety, especially if you are in a rush in the morning....you never have to worry if you shut it off. It boils in super fast time too! Much faster than a tea kettle on the stove. The pour spout is very exacting....as precise as a pour over kettle with a goose neck....all in all VERY happy with this purchase. The wide opening allows for easy cleaning too. Some mentioned the marks on the stainless heating disc at the bottom of the kettle....that's normal wear and tear....the little dots are where the heating elements are. It's a kettle.....it's not going to look completely perfect after some use....but the spots fade back down after they cool. Great cool handle...minimal exposure to heat. Very glad I purchased this.

Upgrade from your stove stop tea kettle....

There is nothing about this product I don’t like, and I use mine multiple times a day. Boils water fast within minutes, and if I get distracted, will shut itself off. I like that I can go from having boiling water inside and hot glass, to filling it with cold water from the sink without cracking the glass due to rapid temperature change. It’s a pain to wait for a stove top tea kettle to boil. Every tea drinker needs to upgrade how they boil water, and this is how you do it. Great product.

Best electric kettle yet

We received the kettle quickly, right on schedule. We like that it has a large capacity, looks attractive in our kitchen, boils water quickly, and we can see the water boiling (in this case, a watched kettle DOES boil...). We also like that the opening at the top is large enough that it’s easy to clean, unlike previous kettles we have owned. Other electric kettles have not lasted very long—the last one less than a year. We are hoping to get several years of use out of this one. And we like it so much we sre giving kne as a gift.

My husband and I recently purchased the Culinary Obsession electric kettle and we are very pleased. We were interested in a kettle with no plastic coming in contact with the boiling water. If you are health conscious, and are looking for a new or better kettle, we believe you would like this model. The shipping was prompt and it was well packaged.

Absurdly Simple Convenience

This is the kind of appliance that is meant for small life living (small apartment and little need for extravagance). Boils water in the described time. Materials and construction is good, couldn't see any visible issues with product. Functionality is absurdly simple; Plug in, place on exchange pad, push down lever underneath handle, it automatically shuts off pretty much right when water is at peak boiling. However keep in mind it doesn't maintain this temperature; when it's off its off. Definitely not a safe device when its reached temperature; thankfully the handle is unaffected and impressively comfortable to hold. I guess I would classify it as a high-end, low functionality device. A little bit pricey but from what I've tested so far it's durability and longevity that you're paying for.

Makes brewing loose leaf tea a breeze

I have recently started making my iced tea using loose leaf tea and was looking for something to streamline my process. Prior to making this purchase, I would heat water in the microwave using a glass batter pitcher, add the loose tea to steep, use a strainer to remove the loose tea and then pour the brewed tea into the glass milk bottle I use to store it in . Not only does this kettle heat the water in half the time as the microwave, but it eliminated the need for straining because it has straining holes in the pour spout which I didn't realize when I ordered it. Now I can just heat the water, add loose tea right into the kettle and pour it directly into my milk jar without using a strainer. So much easier than carrying heated water from the microwave across the kitchen, etc. This method is quicker, less cumbersome, and fewer items to clean up. Since the kettle opens so widely, it's very easy to remove the used loose tea and rinse it out to be ready for the next use. I'm sure I will use this not only for tea, but anything that requires the use of boiling water. Of course this kettle will work when using tea bags as well so it will be a very versatile piece of equipment in my kitchen.

BPA FREE

I love this electric kettle. It is very nice looking and very well made. I love that it shuts off at boiling point. No need to worry about water boiling over. The water is done very quickly too and it stays hot for a while. It is well worth its price. I love the fact that it is BPA free. I am glad that it is made with just glass and stainless steel.

Liked it so much I own TWO now

The title says is all. I originally bought this electric tea kettle to have in our downstairs unit for AirBnB visitors to use. I followed the instructions to prep it where you boil water and dump out 2 times and use filtered water from my Brita in it. I was so impressed within heating water for my first cup of tea, I started using it myself in the kitchen instead of my stovetop tea kettle. (hahaha, this is why I had to buy a second one so the guests would get one too!). I also now use it to make French Brewed coffee! Here's more reasons why I like it: * IT HEATS FAST: This is way faster than my stovetop tea kettle and depending on how much water you have in it, it heats in 5 minutes or less. * IT'S SAFE: Once it starts boiling, it turns off in about 60 seconds or less. (I tried to upload a video showing this, but it didn't work). Anyway, the pad that it's sitting on is also cool to the touch at all times because of the induction heating and it's super easy to just lift the tea kettle off the base and pour to your heart's content. The only thing that gets hot is the glass part, but there is a huge and sturdy handle to lift the tea kettle up, so you won't have skin contact with anything hot. *IT'S ELEGANT: I really like the look of this model and think the blue glow while it's on is pretty. (The light turns off as soon as it starts boiling)

I made the right choice

I was so excited when this arrived. I immediately took it out and cleaned it as directed tap water turn device on let it boil empty and repeat. I felt semi-comfortable that it was cleaned thoroughly. My first real use was later that evening when I was making sweet tea for dinner. What use to take me 20-30 min boiling water on the stove or in the microwave now takes less than 10min from start to finish. My son loves the led lights as I do also. I feel comfortable with the fact that the base doesn't get extremely hot and neither does the whole kettle on the outside. There is no noise outside of the end when the water starts boiling. You can let it sit for a few minutes to cool off a bit. But note that it will not keep the boiled water hot you will have to restart it to reheat the water and that wont take as long as the initial boil. I like the feel of the kettle it doesn't feel flimsy or like it's gonna break as your walking with it or pouring. The cord to the base is a nice length. I like the box it came in presentation is a big deal for me :) . All in all I feel confident that I made the right choice in purchasing this kettle and I feel I will have it for more years to come.

Awesome quality, exactly as described

I absolutely love this kettle. I have a keurig however I enjoy using this to make my tea, as I prefer tea bags over pods. I use bottled water straight out of the fridge and it doesn’t take any extra time to boil the water despite it being cold. I have my hot tea ready in no time! I also love the aesthetics of the blue lights on the bottom.
