This product really work for me. I added this product to my everyday routine. Taking a total of 4 capsule a day and I notice it working right away. Chronic heart failure, I wish they'd rename that, is a difficult condition to live with. Dr Stephen Sinatra recommends the "awesome foursome" of which l carnations is a part. Works For Me

I have fibromyalgia , which was mentioned in the product reviews. Chronic fatigue is a nasty side affect of fibromyalgia and it leads to increased depression. Every morning for two weeks, I've been taking 1 capsule on an empty stomach . My energy level has increased and my mood is lifted. I will be asking my doctor about this drugs safety and I hope he agrees that I can continue taking it.
