Beautiful furniture at a beautiful price

We searched and searched for the perfect patio furniture and finally found the perfect set. Over the years we've owned several kinds of patio furniture, but none have given us as much pleasure as this set. The furniture is beautiful and designed in such a way that the pieces can be arranged and rearranged in many ways. Because of our extensive shopping, we didn’t find anything as nice and what we did find cost several hundred even a thousand dollars more. My wife put it together by herself in less than an hour thanks to good packing and clear instructions. After a spill, we contacted the company through the link here on Amazon and they responded immediately AND followed up a few days later to make sure everything was OK. The world would be a happier place if every company produced such excellent products at such an excellent price and provided such excellent customer service.,

Solid 4.5 Star product for the money

If I could give a half star I would, but I’ll round up to a five star. Just finished assembling this set. It is overall a good buy for the money. A little trial and error with no instructions. Also if you have a clamp to squeeze the top together before the bolts that connect the back to the sides I recommend using it to get it tight. I also spray painted the screws gray vs black so it would look more upscale. I also recommend scotchguard sun and weather application if these will get affected by elements as mine will.

Easy to assemble, high-quality, reasonable price

The product matches the description well.The sofa is comfortable as well as sturdy, and all my families said they feel cozy when sitting or laying on it.The color is true to picture, which goes well with all the other colors. The cushions fit inside the bottom of the sofa and they are removable, so it is easy to clean them, which is important to me since I have pets. I was worried about the transit before receiving it, but everything was carefully packaged and there's no damage. They were all in good condition when arrived. FYI, super easy to assemble it. I would say it was an enjoyable shopping experience, glad that I gave it a try. The set really worths the price.

Great Value

Great value so far. Assembly took me about 3 hours. Tips for assembly. If you have a screw driver style hex driver; it makes it semi painless. Kit come with a 1/4 inch ratchet and bit which was nice to see it included. Set comes in 3 boxes. Open box 1 first and assembly in order. The bolt and washer packages are not marked for sizes but they are all the exact same thread size and length. All the kits comes with the exact number of bolts and washers with no extras so don’t loose any. Also comes with a cover which was a nice bonus along with the ratchet. Packaging was nice and orderly. Color and finish are good as well. Happy so far.

Love it! It's beautiful, comfortable and durable! The directions to put it together were a little confusing for me at first, but once I figured things out everything turned out perfectly! My new living space looks awesome!

Very nice set

I’m very happy with the set. The size is perfect for our small indoor patio. The height doesn’t come above where the windows begin. It’s comfortable enough, but the seat is narrow with the back cushions in place. The ottoman, which serves as the chaise makes it very cozy to lounge on. The measurements for all the sets I looked at online were basically the same for this type of furniture so no surprise here. It was easy to put together. Just follow the pictures, have patience, and don’t completely tighten the screws until you have all of them in place. The color is perfect. A good mixture of soft gray and taupe. The cushions were packed very tightly within the frame so be careful getting them out. The lines are slowly disappearing. I like that the arms are flat and can hold a drink!

Awesome

Great product. Easy to install took about 3hrs. Very sturdy. No problems or damaged materials. Only con is the ottoman needs some velcro for the cushion. Other than that AWESOME!
