I'd previously been using the 180 Watt port replicator from Dell. I would occasionally have monitor flickering which was so annoying. It would usually take a cool down period to resolve it. I believe the issue was insufficient power. Since I've switched to the 240 watt, its been smooth sailing!

My company got this same dock for my new Dell laptop at the office so I decided to get one for home. This one works the same as the one direct from dell which is no surprise. The best part was it cost less which concerned me it may have been a refurb but it was all new packaging. Works great and supports my 2 displays but can support 3 displays (hdmi, display port, mini display). It is great that it powers through the usb-c so it is one cable to connect and your off and running.

Worked great. I own one and my boss owns one. I'm running 2 1920x1080 screens on it. And my boss is running 2 4k displays on his. NOTE on the 2 4k display setup. One monitor was running 60hz and one would only run at 30hz. I tried multiple 60hz 4k cables and could not get the secondary monitor to 60hz.

Was skeptical with no or least good review/s but was able to set up easily and is working great so far. PC POWER TEK shipped fast and had no problems at all. Love this product. Edit: Just wanted to mention to check the compatible PC/laptop list on DELL site before you buy so you know this product works as expected or else no point using and adding bad reviews for product/shipper. Just FYI this works great with DELL XPS :)

After spending about $800 in various dual 4k display docks that used USB drivers or incopatible with internal GPU drivers, this one works using my internal NVIDIA Quadro P5000 on a Dell Precision m7720 .powers 2 4k displays running at 30hertz over one cable and ethernet and extra usb ports. If you trying use your Internal GPU in alt mode over USB-C this seems functional.
