• Spacious interior (25” X 15” X 11”) accommodates most common package sizes
  • “Deliveries” clearly marked on all sides to alert delivery drivers to use your package drop box
  • Durable, sturdy plastic construction keeps your packages dry and clean
  • Keeps deliveries out of sight from porch pirates and nosy neighbors
  • Minimal assembly required

Outside dimensions are much larger than the inside dimensions provided with the description. Very nice, but so far neither FedEx, UPS, or the US Post Office has put any packages in it. They still just drop packages onto my porch, regardless of the weather, despite have a sign on my door.

I have an uncovered front porch and I purchased this to keep my delivered packages dry on my porch. It also makes them more secure because they are no longer visible from the road, or even on the porch (unless someone lifts the lid). The lid fits well and the design keeps everything inside completely dry even after hard rains. It looks nice with most traditional decor and has not faded. The only criticism I have is that it has a visible imprint of "Step 2" on it, which I do not like. With the black box this does not draw your attention but I wish it was not there. I like that it says "Deliveries" but that, also, does not draw your attention. I actually wish that the Deliveries word was in a contrasting color - sometimes the delivery people do not notice it. I have started including a line on my delivery address for packages under my street address that says "leave in black box on porch" - that has helped to get them to use it. This box does not look very large on my porch but it holds a surprisingly large amount. I was looking at a larger box and I am so glad I bought this one. I would prefer a box that wasn't plastic but anything comparable in a different material is 10 times more expensive. This keeps things completely dry, looks very nice and it is plenty big enough for even large packages. I highly recommend this product.

Received my Step 2 parcel delivery box and it is exactly what we were looking for to hold deliveries and other drop off items. It fits perfect by the front porch and the color matches our door. The lid has a wide lip which helps it secure tightly to the box. It is of high quality and I would recommend this product to others.

This is a nice box that should keep items out of sight and protect them from rain. The word "should" is there because delivery people sometimes leave the item on the porch anyway. This box is much larger than it appears, which is good. It is quite light, and could easily get blown away by a strong wind. I fixed this by putting a large concrete stepping stone in the bottom. A competent DIY person could easily fasten it to a post or fence or wall. Drilling a hole in it would be easy. I strongly recommend a sign on or near this, as it is not obvious what the intent is.

I just love this item! I live in an urban neighborhood and package theft is a real issue. While this does not have a locking mechanism, it does keep items out of plain sight to deter mischief. I also have an uncovered front door so I can rest assured knowing deliveries won’t be left outside and get wet with the rain. I did put a note on the box to inform delivery drivers to put deliveries in there. It is very light weight but I did put a thing of salt for the walkway in it so it’s heavier and it hides my ugly salt container on my front step. A great idea!

Received this (Step2 Express Parcel Delivery Drop Box For Packages, Mocha) just in time for the rainy wet spring weather, no more wet bags and packages. The Parcel Delivery Box is a great size for my porch not too big or too small. It says deliveries right on the front so our delivery person knows where to put all our Amazon purchases haha! The lid is pretty lightweight but is secure, and the box itself is plastic but really sturdy and well made like all our other Step2 products. It's not going to get knocked over easily, that's for sure. I'm excited that I don't need to worry as much about someone swiping our packages while we're out. Doesn't lock, but it definitely hides our boxes from casual viewers. Not to mention, it looks great too, the mocha is a nice natural color. Super useful product! I'm seriously considering this as a house warming gift what a genius idea!

Update 10/01/18: Filling in the word DELIVERIES with silver paint did the trick! Everyone is placing packages in the box, now. Very happy with this purchase. Beautiful box, large enough for good-sized packages, small enough to easily fit on front stoop. I bought the box to keep packages out of the rain, since our new home doesn't have a covered porch or stoop. The design fits perfectly with the colonial design of the home. I used a silver paint pen to highlight the word Deliveries, which is stamped into the front of the box. Now, if we could just get ANYONE (including Amazon drivers) to actually place packages in it.

Our new home has no overhang over the front porch to protect packages, so we needed a parcel box. And this one is great - it's been out there for two months now doing its job. And doing it well. Not that it's had much to do since most delivery people simply ignore it and throw the packages on the porch. Even when it's raining. I finally got the weekday Amazon delivery person to use it (after I met him one day and showed him my request in their system for them to use the package box - he'd never noticed it. He honestly said, "oh that's what that box is for.") The weekend guy still throws packages on the porch. In the rain. So, Step2: My only suggestion with this product would be to find a way to make the "DELIVERIES" wording stand out somehow a little bit more? Maybe filling it in with a color? Or even offering a sticker to go with it? I know it says "DELIVERIES" but I guess that's just not obvious enough?

Exactly what I wanted. I painted in the letters on the box so our carriers know to use it. More worried about water damage than theft. We have plenty of security cams. We have a home business with packages coming and going each day. This will be nice to put outgoing packages into as well.

Much bigger than I pictured & I was sure of the measurements. I placed a roll of paper towels so you can gauge the inside space. Maybe it just seems that way because it's now here on my porch. I still had to out a sign on it, deliveries were still being left at the door. I also colored in the word "Deliveries" in black so it would stand out more. Definitely makes me feel a tad safer - I bought it because packages were stolen.
