Flexible and convenient...

I bought these to light up a dart board that was mounted in a poorly lit family room. Not wanting to run wires or make major changes to mount a light (always I chance I'll move the board to another location anyway) I decided to try these. They have exceeded my expectations. They are plenty bright, and with the swivel and tilt capability it made it easy to position them so I could focus the light appropriately on the board. I velcro'd them to the ceiling, which makes the remote control indispensable. I can turn them on and off and dim them easily with the remote and the remote works well from across the room and at different angles. For my needs, these were a perfect solution.

Awesome little light

Searched for quite a while for a new way to spotlight a couple pictures I love, and took a chance of these. WOW, was I impressed with the brightness of these little guys. Love that it is remote, adjustable brightness, and adjustable positioning of the light itself. Will post a picture later after I get a collectible framed, for which I'm using this. Plan to replace another picture's lighting with this because that light just doesn't put out the lumens this one does. Far worth more money. Highly recommend!!!

LOVE THESE LIGHTS!!!

Oh my goodness! These lights are amazing. I search for quite a while before deciding to try these for our painting. We had a painting shipped from Laguna Beach, CA (Santa Monica Lights). I was concerned about how to light the painting like the Lu Martin gallery did. I was thinking of getting one of those long lights that hang over the painting. I decided I really wanted something a bit more discreet. These lights are exactly what I had been looking for!!! Here are the reasons I love them: 1. It's all about the remote. Yes, that wonderful remote that allows you to turn the lights on without pushing the button. 2. You can dim the lights. 3. There are 4 timed settings (15 min., 30 min., 60 min., 120 min.) 4. So easy to install. There is a round velcro patch that you put on the back side of the light and stick it on the ceiling. 5. The lights are movable in a variety of ways that make adjusting it to your picture so easy. I am going to be ordering more of these for other art work! I tried to get a picture of the painting and the lights on the ceiling. Highly recommend these as affordable and great quality.

Awesome little lights!

I ordered these lights to illuminate my artwork in a basement level hallway that is otherwise very dim. They are perfect! You can either use sticky back tape or screws (both of which are provided) to attach them to your walls or ceiling. The Remote control allows you to use a timer function or even dim the light to whatever level you desire. The bulb housing both swivels and tilts so you can aim the light wherever you want it. The circle of light is obviously brighter if you put it closer to the artwork, but at 4 feet away each one casts a bright light about 2 feet in diameter. My artwork is 5 feet long so I elected to use three lights. I included a picture with the lights off so you can see the fantastic difference they make when they are on! All three work simultaneously with one remote control. The light is a fairly white LED light so artwork really pops! The literature said the batteries (3 AA each) should last about 50 hours but will run longer if you use them on a dimmer level. Since I just put them up today, I don’t know yet if that is true. If not, I will update this review. Hope this helps you!

Spotlight on my artwork.

These are amazing!!! I was definitely skeptical but decided to give it a go and happy I did. I’m using them as spotlights on my paintings and they look great! I don’t have the wiring and have always wanted to have lights shining on my paintings. Hey They are not too bright and create the effect I was going for. Also, the batteries do not die fast at all. I only turn it on at night. The remote is so nice too. I would highly recommend.

I had been to a few lighting stores--I needed a battery operated uplight for outdoors (covered) in a dark corner without an outlet, or solar--I was told they didn't make such a thing. But then I found these....These little things are perfect! they have two power levels, timers and appear to be sturdy--I don't know how long they will last--but I am VERY happy with them

INCREDIBLE LIGHTS

I really don't know where to start. I am absolutely blown away by the effect that these light give my art work. Even on the lowest setting they provide MORE illumination than products three time their size and much more expensive. I have had them up for weeks now and even though I don't have them on constantly I do turn them on quite frequently and have not had any indication that battery power was weakening. I initially purchased two of these, but have since increased my number to 20. They are INCREDIBLE little easy to use accent lights! I would MOST HIGHLY recommend this product.

Well-made and works great -- for a little plastic light

This is perfect to light up a picture outside. It is quite attractive and very well made, for a cheap little plastic thing of course. I wouldn't put it in visibly my house's main entry, but tucked away it's a perfect little picture light. It can be dimmed to the desired lighting level. It is a tight spotlight, not a flood light, so is PERFECT for a circular art piece I have that's 18" diameter and the light is 3' away.

Great picture lights!

I've been wanting some lights for the paintings in my hall since my hall has very little natural light. I was looking for something battery operated since I didn't want to see the cords going to the outlets below. I couldnt decide on over the picture lights , it seemed they were either too pricey or had not great reviews. I saw these lights and for the price thought why not give them a try! The lights come apart easily to install 3 AA batteries (not included) then snap back together. The lights come with velcro double sided sticky pads to attach them to the ceiling which make installation very easy. The remote works well and can be on high,low, or adjusted to anything in between and also has 4 choices for the timer. I couldn't be more pleased! the first picture is on 100% and the second picture is on 50%.

Perfect spotlight! We love this!!!!

I bought this to use as a spotlight for a statue on my mantle. It does an amazing job. Not only does it illuminate the statue, it casts a beautiful shadow on the wall. The spotlight is so small, it was easy to hide behind a candle stick. I love the remote, and it works perfectly.
