Excellent tub!!

Excellent hot tub! Took me a while to figure out the chemicals (my fault not the tubs) but it is awesome. Delivery was smooth, however it’s only curbside delivery. Wired it up myself and it works great. Holds temperature all night so it doesn’t waste energy, jets are nice and fully adjustable, and the seats are very comfortable to sit in for long baths. Very happy with this product.

Great product

After 2 months product works great customer service was good help in setting the dip switches. A little more description on product such as location of control panel and where electrical connections go would be a little helpful so it would be ready once it arrived. Delivery was a little late but not to complain for such a big product.

I highly recommend this hot tub!!!

Our family loves this hot tub! It stated that it would take 3 weeks to ship and it was spot on. The hot tub was packaged well. We love all of the jets and it is easy to install/hook up. We love that you can lay down and get a full body massage or sit in one of the corners to get a back and shoulder massage or sit in the other corner to get a full back massage. I highly recommend this hot tub!!!

We Love it!

We've only had our new hottub for a few days, but we are loving it so far!! It's very roomy, even when our family of 4 is all in it together. I love that you can turn the jets to adjust the water pressure. The lounge is wonderful, and I like that it keeps your legs straight rather than bending them at the knee like some hottub lounges do. Another great feature is the drink rest at every seat. We had a little problem with shipping, but it was resolved pretty quickly. After searching many months for the perfect tub, we took a chance ordering one online because it had all the features we wanted at a phenomenal price. We are so happy with our purchase! The only thing that would have made it better was if matching steps were included. We bought the gray color, which is a very dark gray w/a bluish tint.
