**Updated to 5 stars as they sent me a replacement which functions perfectly Previous review: The stem of the tree drills into the base too far so it causes the bottom of the base to not be able to touch the counter surface. So now the whole thing is wobbly since the base can’t lie flat. Will be returning

Some parts missing ..

I ordered 2 of these. 1 was missing 2 spokes so I can only put 4 cups on it:( It’s not worth returning but pretty disappointed about that. Otherwise seems like a good product. Update: company sent missing parts within a few days of my contacting them. I’ve been loving the product and it’s been really helpful in keeping the kitchen organized.
