I’ve been taking Melatonin for over a year to help me sleep at night. A local store I normally buy them from was out of stock for several months, so I decided to give these a try. They seem to work just as well, but seem to be sugary or at least more so than my normal ones. I will still use them as I don’t care so much how they taste as if they work.

These are soooo good and yummy delicious. Just make sure you check the dosage and that you're getting the right bottle for the dose you want. The back of the bottle says one serving (adults) is 2 gummies. I actually only take one, but again, you need to just check the dosage and other than that wowee! I am definitely getting more gummies from them now that I know the flavor is so good.

5 stars because I like gummy! 3 stars because they don’t seem to do anything to help my Autistic son fall asleep! If anything it seems to have the opposite effect on him! Which I find to be funny! :). I give him 2 in the middle of the day to calm him down! It does absolutely nothing! Lol!

I have been having difficulty sleeping for a number of reasons including a brain that just won't slow down and a C-PAP machine that annoys the heck out of me. My doctor recommended that I try melatonin, and I finally agreed that she is usually right and this might be a good thing. I don't like taking pills - I have enough of those - and these chewable gummy thingies seemed like a good compromise. Well, they are a little sweet, chewy but not obnoxiously so, and they work. I don't care for gummies that make my jaws hurt, and these take just a few chews before they begin to dissolve and are easily swallowed. I am planning to buy more as the first jar is almost empty. I am glad I bought them. They work for me.

I much prefer Melatonin to Tylenol PM for sleep. In fact, I am hard pressed to say anything negative about melatonin. Melatonin supplements produce drowsiness within 20-30 mins with no noticeable negative effects if you wake up early due to an alarm. As a bonus, these things taste amazing. Diphenhydramine (tylenol PM / benadryl) takes like 30 minutes to kick in and gives you a 15 minute window to fall asleep in. If you miss that 15 minute window, you are worse off than if you hadn't taken any sleeping medicine. These and the OLLY brand are both good.

Works really well for me. I'm one of those weirdos who is totally afraid of medications, but I was just so exhausted constantly. Doesn't give me weird dreams, or make me feel exhausted the next day like even Tylenol PM does. Just nice, quick sleep (about 30 minutes to knock me out) and waking up feeling well, maybe not rested because life is still a thing, but certainly better than before. I do recommend it, especially for the price.

Tastes amazing, it's hard to keep it to a reasonable amount before bed. They work well for me, keeping my waking up to a minimum. I found out last night, they also work when I'm sick, which is extraordinarily impressive to me.

I bought these because they were one of the few in stock, but they work much better than the other gummies I bought at wal mart. Very happy, would recommend.

So I tried the ZZZquil melatonin gummies, and the Olly Melatonin gummies and These ones from Solimo and these work the best at getting me to sleep and keeping me asleep through the night. Taste: These by far taste the best out of the 3, while the other two (zquil and olly) taste medicinal or even floral. Anyone would like the taste of the Solimo Gummies Texture: Okay, so this is the only place where I think these could improve. They don't have a gummy texture and are more similar to jelly drops. Really soft, but this it's no way a strange texutre sensation, just not a gummy texture. Do they work? Yes! With the olly gummies, i would sometimes still be up for hours afterwards even turning off all the screens etc. With the zzquil, i would fall asleep within about an hour, but i would wake up in the middle of the night 75% of the time. I've been using these Solimo Gumimes for about 3 weeks, and i'm asleep within about an hour (not the 30 mins as they estimae, but I'll take it) and i only wake up about once a week in the middle of the night.

These are easy, cheap gummy alternatives for my kids. I only give them one when needed. I have one child who requires stimulant medications so he is often too wired to sleep & may require two. Just the gummy alone isn't sufficient though, these work best with ROUTINES and that is often what people forget. So for us, it's melatonin, pajamas, teeth, book, hugs, kiss, classical lullabies & lights out. Once on the routine, I can back away from using the melatonin as often because they have become used to the structure. And trust me, I do have difficult kids too! Without the routine or with electronics at bedtime, I'd probably need a handful to get them to sleep!
