Great Item

I love this little machine. We don't drink coffee but love tea and recently started drinking london fogs (earl grey tea with steam milk and vanilla). We live in Mexico and the Starbucks here don't carry Earl Grey tea so we wanted to make them at home. This machine is quick, quiet, and easy to use, clean and store. The milk comes out perfect every time and we make frothy hot chocolate for the kids. Very pleased with our purchase. *update* We haved owned the machine for several months and use it every morning. We have had zero issues with it.

Doesn't work in 220 V rated countries.

I didn't realise that this wouldn't work in 220V rated countries. I took this to Australia and it stopped working, its useless to me now. Updated feedback: Seller has gotten in touch with me and provided me with a full refund. The level of customer support is unparalleled, I really would've loved to use this in Australia but unfortunately I can't. Thank you for providing amazing customer services.

Great quiet machine

So far so good! I use it every morning. Great for frothing steaming milk. Easy to clean , quick and quiet. Turns regular coffee into a luxury in minutes. I’ve used it everyday for 2 weekends no problems so far.

Gets hot. Works with non-dairy milk.

So, so great! Milk gets hot and makes beautiful foam. I use soy and almond milk mostly. Straight from the fridge. (Regular unsweetened, Not the barista style because too much sugar.) coconut milk does not foam well. But if it does well with non-dairy milks then it will definitely work well with dairy. Was about to buy expensive nespresso. Glad I did not. (Oddly this make is sold under different brand names. My MIL has the exact same thing but with a different brand name.)

Great foam!

Great foam for my morning latte! A bit hard to clean in that the milk films up on the bottom requiring brush cleaning after each use. My husband has a hard time putting his hand in it to adequately clean it or replace foaming wheel. It comes with a tiny brush but a bottle brush works great. Also, do not add one drop more milk over the line inside or you will have a big foamy mess. Rather than overfill, just make a second batch for the second cup. Love this product. Tried several others that worked fine but the foam was less dense and the motors wore out about each year. Non-fat skim milk froths the absolute best. Almond and other nut milks work well but not as stiff as skim.

Great for almond milk, too!

Wonderful frother that takes up the same amount of space to the basic stand up coffee grinder. I used plain unsweetened almond milk and got awesome results. After 5 minutes of my beverage standing, give or take one or two sips in between, the foam stayed nice and dense. Husband uses whole milk and it yields similar results. Love it!

This brand has not disappointed!

We originally tried a different brand but we were disappointed with the foam. We like stiff foam, and easy pour. My mom has the cheaper frothed but they both make the same quality of foam. We use it everyday! The fastest clean up is the rinse it out right away, but if I leave it all day it’s still just a swipe of my sponge to clean out. I do take out the rubber on the lid every now when it starts to smell like soured milk, and then let it dry separate. This product comes with a spare whisk in case you lose one. Very please with this product!

everything about it is great the only bad thing is the edges there very sharp my wife cut her hand whit it went she was washing it

Quick, quiet and easy to clean

I replaced a super fancy expensive milk frother with this cute little thing. It works VERY effectively - no wimpy foam here, and the 4 settings give just the perfect variety for different combos/tastes
