Can’t Comment On Lifespans

Just bought two sets of these. They make a huge difference! Low profile, not even noticeable, I constantly get asked “where is the light coming from?” From guests. Didn’t even need to use each strand fully...I didn’t know if I could cut it to size but I did and it still worked. It has all the connectors to make it work...more than you would possibly need. Will be buying the dimmer switch to adjust it, only because it is so bright. I never knew such good under cabinet lighting could cost so little and be SO easy to install

Great Product, Great Lighting

We have a dark spot in our kitchen and were looking for something unobtrusive to bring some light into the area. Since the space to mount anything is small and quite shallow, it had to be thin and not take up a great deal of space depthwise. I saw this on Amazon and decided to order it. It came in quite quickly and was exactly as described. The installation was very easy - within 2 minutes the kit components were unpacked and laying on the counter, ready to install. Installation was a bit tricky in that I was working upside down, bent over the counter and applying the lighting strips mostly by feel, but that's not a product issue - it was the location. One thing I noted is that these don't adhere too well to a rough surface, like the underside of most wooden kitchen cabinets. There were 4 strips and I only used 2 for this application. I do wish there were a way to get an extra primary strip and another power supply so I could use the extra strips and connectors for another location. I solved the lack of adhesion problem (I found one of the strips detached from the cabinet in the morning) with a few strips of transparent tape applied to the ends. This seems to work quite well. Other than that, these are really neat! If your application involves a smooth surface, these are a Godsend! Everything you need is in the kit - power supply, connectors, strips, and extra foam tabs. I recommend this kit!

Great addition to the kitchen

Used these in the kitchen for under cabinet lighting. Works great! Highly recommend! The attached photos show with lights on and off.

Amazing value!

Amazing little product. I am a kind of techno nerd and fussy about these kinds of things. This product was so easy to install with the tape already attached, and had SO many ways to customize the locations... One string, 2, 4! BEAUTIFUL! Took all of 5 minutes to install it under the shelves in my den! Don't forget to also buy the dimmer which includes a click off position so you only need to mount the dimmer to be accessible, not the on/off switch on the string. I like that the color is warm and the range of brightness with the dimmer is remarkable, from romantic to worklight. Perfect solution for me. Highly recommend!

Easy to install. Does the job.

Having read other reviews of this type of lighting, I was a bit worried about installing it. Turned out to be one of the easiest things I've ever done. I wanted to light a 6 ft section under an 8 ft shelf, and all I had to do was center, peel and stick, and plug it in. Didn't need to use one of the more complicated connections illustrated in the directions. It works really well and looks good too.

So Impressed!

I have a negative impression of LED lights in general, and believe they don't give off enough light, and what light they do give is so artificial looking. These strip lights completely changed my mind. They come in one strip on a roll, with connectors every 18" or so, with plenty of accessories for whatever configuration you need. I bought them to go under 2 kitchen cabinets for extra light, and I thought I would need at least 2 strips per cupboard, but these things are so bright and the warm white color is perfect. I'm going to purchase extra power cords and put the two extra somewhere else. They'd be great in the camper, too.

Bright and Easy!

I bought these to go under my new kitchen cupboards for some extra light. They arrived quickly and were easy to set up---just a few clicks and remove the back off from the adhesive, plug in and wow! They are beautiful. Highly recommended.

Great amount of light!!

So far so good!! This product produces a surprising amount of light. The kitchen in my apartment has very poor lighting and when cutting on the counter, I block out the light so I’ve been looking for some under cabinet lights. These are perfect! The first picture shows the original light in my kitchen, the second with the ceiling light and under cabinet lights on and the third with just the cabinet lights. Overall very happy!

Pretty safe to use

Clearly not a marketing major here in the United States when the third Bullet reads "Security: UL listed adapter, output voltage is DC12V, Pretty safe to use." on the box. Makes me really want to buy. See attached PIC However, seems built well and installed without incident. LED color was a major concern and is "Warm White". I strung one and two thirds sets together to cover the length of the Kitchen using one power supply and I'm really pleased there are no shadows from the continuous run achieved. I'm ordering another set to run the length of the opposite wall. It's really important the surface be clean as the adhesive is nothing special, where, you peal back the tape to expose it. Mine will not be a problem as they are pointing up at ceiling from the top of my cabinets creating a nice indirect lighting effect.
