Very cool clock!

Very cool clock! Looks like a little wood block, numbers glow on the surface - my daughter says it looks like magic. Smallish, fits in palm of hand, but easy to read time from way across the room. Excellent instructions, easy to program. And reasonably priced. A winner all around! Delivered super fast too. Thanks!

As advertised

I think the clock was just as advertised; despite the negative reviews in Amazon. I found the setup fairly easy ; it's a little bigger than I thought but it looks really cool; I like the options for dimming because it is fairly bright by default. I don't use the alarm features because I don't need them; I just wanted a small clock to go along with my new set-top boxes. Spectrum does not have clocks in their new boxes. As others have mentioned, I just got really used to having a clock there. The Date and Temperature displays are also an added plus. I like sequencing thru those options. I don't expect the temperature to be exact but it helps to have an overall idea of the room temperature. I'm looking to order 2 more for my other set-top boxes. My issue is only trying to decide whether to buy the same ones because they also have them in different shapes and sizes.

Absolutely love this product. Just had to switch out cable boxes which do not have clocks on them. I am so programmed to looking at the cable box that it was driving me nuts that the clock wasn’t there anymore. So glad I purchased this!

Small size, simple design, large led numbers, many features, great price.

This clock has a unique, triangular design that is simple, yet elegant. I chose the black clock with white numbers. The clock has 3 individual alarms, option to display day, date time and temp, or just time. Option to wake the clock (sound activated) to turn on the display or have the display remain on continuously. Display brightness (can be set to any of 3 levels) will lower automatically between 6pm and 7am. The display can be set to 12 or 24 hour format. It runs on conventional plug-in power with back-up batteries (will run without them). This entire set of features is controlled by only 3 buttons: up, down and set. It takes a little time, reading the instructions, to figure out how to work the buttons. Finally, this gem has a very low price. I placed my clock on the set top TV cable box which had no display. It's very easy to read and not at all obtrusive. The clock comes in other case/led color combinations.

Bye Bye Cable Box

This is absolutely perfect! We got rid of cable so I no longer had the box with the time on it. It was driving me crazy so I bought this. It sits on the TV stand and looks very classy. The wood grain and white numbers were important to me. The size is very nice - not too big or small.

I love this little clock

I love this little clock, it's exactly what I need: small, unobtrusive and easy to read, even across the room. The only problem is the directions that come with it are inscrutable. Coolest clock ever

I'll be completely honest, I was very nervous when purchasing this clock. I looked at so many different listings for this clock, from different sites and sources. I was especially anxious about what color to get, what size, and what shape. I couldn't decide between the bamboo-colored one and the black one; I couldn't choose between the small or longer one; I couldn't figure out whether to get the rectangle one or triangle one. Finally, I went with the black one in the smaller size, and in the triangular shape. I figured numbers with in light would show better on a darker clock; that I didn't need a longer one with the extra display because I can check the weather and date on my phone; and lastly, that the triangle shape was definitely different, and unique. I received the package today, exactly two days after ordering the clock. I couldn't stay still when I was opening the package, I was so excited, but definitely nervous. A part of me was expecting disappointment for some reason. When I took the clock out, it was completely blank. Usually when you look closely at a clock, you can see the faded part of the digits where, for example, there would be extra space when you have the number 1, and all the spaces are filled if you had the number 8. I'm not sure if that makes sense, or if there's a specific word for that, but I hope it makes sense. Well, the clock didn't have those faded spaces. Nothing at all. At first I thought "... did I just buy a triangular block?" Then a part of me was screaming "just plug it in!" so I did. Yes, it was a real clock, and not just a triangular block! The digits were so crisp and clear on the clock. I was so relieved, and I started with the set up. Here's a tip if you're thinking about buying it, watch the video included with this listing if you want to know how to set it up. I promise it is very helpful. The set-up is honestly a bit more complicated than my last clock, but I figured it out. Definitely recommend watching the video! I included some pictures to show what it looks like on my nightstand. Unfortunately, I couldn't get great photos because of the lighting in my room; not to mention that the clock is literally black and my phone camera couldn't balance that out properly. The last image is when I focus on the digits, so you can assume that's what it'll look like in complete darkness. The few things I might have issues with, is the fact that the colon in the time is always blinking. I'm not sure if it's supposed to do that, but it pretty much just blinks/flashes all the time. Another issue is the fact that turning the alarm on and off is a bit of a hassle, compared to my old clock - where I would only have to flip a switch (I keep my alarm off on weekends). Overall, I think the clock is really cool; definitely nothing like I've ever seen or used before. It's been on my wishlist for months until recently, when I finally realized I probably won't find a better deal for it, and it's freaking awesome, so I couldn't wait any longer. Hope this review helps anyone looking to buy this clock as well.

GREAT CLOCK

Just got this clock, but so far it's great and suits my needs. Since replacing my cable box, I no longer had the time showing. This clock is small enough to sit next to the cable box and the numbers are large enough to read across the room.

Nice looking clock!

This is the perfect clock to replace the clock that no longer exists with Spectrum DVRs/cable boxes. I placed it under my TV on low brightness. It’s very easy to read and not distracting at all. The flashing colon is not an issue. I’ve had this clock for a few days, I synced the time with my iPad and it hasn’t lost a second so I consider it very accurate. I am using it for the time only but I did test all the features and they work fine. The 3 alarms can also be set to go off Monday-Friday or on the weekends. Very clever clock!

Way better than reviews lead me to believe

I read all the reviews on this before buying and thought I would have a tough time based on what everyone said. Turns out, this clock is really simple to set up and use. The video provided helps a lot, but even the written instructions are pretty simple. Also unsure how people are unable to stop the alarm, as I've tested it 3 times so far and I just hit the "set" button in the back and the alarm stops. Alarm clock is beautiful! I don't see it as being too bright, but I guess if you need complete blackness it could be.
