perfect for an inside garden!

These little pots are perfect for inside gardening when outside gardening isn't an option. Nice that it is all prepared for you so all you have to do is water and make sure you have an area of enough sunlight. Might be the only drawback if you don't have a lot of windows-- it takes up a lot of space, but you're getting 10 pots. Love that they are non-GMO.

Everything you need for a kitchen herb garden in one package

I am really happy with this kit. This company seems to really care about their customers and all the instructions were very easy to follow. Each coir pot comes with 2 coir disks. When I do this again, and I plan on keeping fresh herbs for a long time I will do 2 disks at a time instead of all of them at once. Instead of a "large bowl" I ended up with 3 large bowls, at least what I think of as large. Now I will wait to reap what I've sown. Kind of on the pricey side and surprised I took the plunge (I mean I'm the queen of tight wads) but I'm glad I did. If I had gone out and purchased everything, I'm sure it would of cost more and I probably wouldn't have gotten the right things. I HIGHLY recommend this product. Have fun and enjoy! Update - so far I have not been able to get anything to grow, but this kit comes with enough seeds to try again. I really hope they will grow. I still would recommend them to anyone.

Great kit

I'd like to start off by saying that the concept behind this is amazing. I love that the kit includes everything you need(except water) to start a lovely herb+ garden. If I had read the description and watched the video correctly, I would have noticed that what I was hoping for isn't quite this. The coconut coir pots are great and I love that they are sustainable and biodegradable. If you plan on keeping them inside over the winter like me you probably can, however I have to say that over time they will degrade so you would have to either replant them outside or in different pots eventually. I got this kit because I wanted to start a lot of different herbs etc on my windowsills so that we could enjoy them during the winter as well as the summer(when I also have an outdoor garden), and I wanted it to be tidy especially because i have limited windowsill space. There was the perfect amount of coconut coir to plant all the seeds in, and very clear instructions on how to do everything with extra seeds as well. I did something dumb. And decided to make a greenhouse by putting all of the pots in a clear plastic bucket with the lid on... big mistake. I was worried that because it was just at the start of winter, that it wouldn't be warm enough. They started molding, but that was all my fault! I would buy it again, but first I'll use the rest of the seeds and find some different pots that will fit nicely on my windowsill. Whoops! Overall a great product, I just messed it up!

I planted these last weekend (except for the couple that needed time in the refrigerator) and I already have 4 of them growing! I like them a lot and the instructions were very clear. This is my first time growing from seeds and it has been seamless so far. The only thing I learned, that I would like to pass on: Only half of my herbs were growing, I found out it is because the sun hit one half longer than it did the other. I have been rotating them and I hope that helps.... just be sure to properly vett your windows :)

Nice all in one kit

Nice all in one kit. Both my wife and I were tired of buying herbs by the bunch at the supermarket, only to throw away half when they dried out. Now, there should not be anymore waste.

Really easy to set up and 9 out of the 10 ...

Really easy to set up and 9 out of the 10 even started growing in as quick as 4 days. Last one took about a week to start growing. I can’t wait to start my little herb garden.

Super Cute

Just received my herb garden and I am very happy with the purchase. It is super cute and looks exactly like the pictures. The company is also very nice and responsive, I was missing one herb packet and when I contacted them they responded within the hour and sent out a new packet for me. I would recommend that when you expand the soil that you use a very large bowl or divide it in half! I made a bit of a fun mess as I did not expect it to expand that much, it's a science project as well :). I was able to put the whole garden, and clean up the mess I made, together in about 20 mins and it looks beautiful. Now i am just waiting for my herbs to grow.

I waited to write a review until the plants started growing...this is a really great product! I got it for my husband as a gift, since he is new to gardening. He really appreciated the ease of it and the booklet really got him excited to keep up his new hobby!
