The quality of the S&B line is unsurpassed in or near this price range. In my opinion you cannotfind better cookware for the money. Its heavy, well made, and holds heat like much higher priced brands. I was so impressed with the saute pan I immediately ordered the 12qt stock pot and it is equally impressive....now I just need them to make an 8qt available. I highly recommend this cookware. 5 stars all the way

This is the first multi-ply cookware product I’ve ever tried. It is very easy to clean and cooks evenly without burning. I was used to my old pans which burn so I wasn’t used to it at first but I’m not turning back.

This frying pan with metal handles should truly last a lifetime. The 3-ply pans I already own have lasted 40 years, but some of the Bakelite handles have failed. That's why the metal handles on this pan are so good. This larger frying pan is ideal for frittatas and larger quantities. This pan and the larger set like it worked best on medium heat or below. Cover the pot and let the heat build up, rather than putting it on high, which will warp the pan over time. If you want to cook on high a lot, I recommend you get a pan with a thicker bottom.

Works as expected, the pan got stained pretty quickly but that's to be expected and similar to other stainless steel pans I have used before. You just have to be careful when you cook things because this is not a non-stick pan.

So, this is non-stick (as I don't want the non-stick stuff in my food) so I use an e-cloth stainless steel cleaner and it works great and shines it back to new. No chemicals. No scratching. Very happy. The three holes in the lid are key.

Surprisingly this pan has a great quality. You have to hit it to the right temperature, very easy to clean. I don’t really see much difference with all-clad. I wish to try other pans of this brand!

Avery good sauté pan. Good size.

This is a really nice saucepan and would make a great gift in my opinion. I was pleasantly surprised when I got it. The pan feels solid with a little heft to it that means it should work well on the stove. And it does. I have a gas stove and wanted a good saucepan to make things like homemade gravies, hollandaise, and various tomato sauces. The first time I used it, the quality was clear. It cooked very evenly and didn't wiggle all over the stove like some of my pans do that are lighter or have uneven bottoms. This pans felt firm and evenly distributed the heat for cooking. I could see that first time using it that I had a winner. The lid has three tiny holes for venting so the lid didn't rattle all over the place when simmering, and it did it's job very well. Another thing I really liked about the pan was the second, small rectangular handle opposite the main handle. It made it a lot easier to lift and control pouring the contents out. I really appreciated that second handle because otherwise I would have had trouble doing that simple but necessary thing (I have arthritis). It's the small details like that which make the difference for me these days. I love this pan and it now stays on top of my stove waiting for nightly use.

The perfect size I wanted for the family of four to five. Very easy to clean and cooks evenly
