So far, so good

I purchased this camera to keep an eye on our new rescue dog. She has separation anxiety and whines and scratches at the back door. The set up was pretty easy and the app is working just fine. I have not had any issues with it cutting out, not being able to connect, etc. The voice operation is loud enough to get her attention and slowly but surely, I think she will 'learn' that I will always come home to her. I've only had the camera a very short while and have used it three times. I'm pleased with all the functions and have to say, the lower price is a big bonus.

Good value

I don't often write reviews but I think this little camera is kind of nifty. I bought it to monitor my dogs. The picture is clear even using night vision. It is easily controlled to pan a room. My only complaint is with the app. I wish there was a setting to stay logged in since it often asks me to do this during one session. I also would like to see a setting for using mobile data when wifi is not available. I have to confirm this every time. When I consider the prices on regular dog cams, this is a real value. It would be nice if the company would make one with a 2 way video. Anyway I'm considering buying another one to monitor another room.

Works great, good camera

EDIT: works great, had trouble connecting because our password had a period in it. The software can’t understand punctuation so it was our fault it couldn’t connect. But now it connects and works great!

Great as a pet monitor!

Amazon tech support was my lifesaver! I downloaded the BESTEYE app from the play store. After this, the instructions were simple, and I was able to set up my cute camera that looks like a robot! I am able to view and talk to and listen to my elderly Maltese dog, and check up on him when I am away at work. I would say that for such a small price, the camera performs very well. I am quite pleased with my purchase.

Great camera - especially for the price!

I got two of these cameras to keep an eye on my pets while I was at work. I did some research on Amazon and found that most of the pet cams were extremely expensive. When I saw this, I decided to get a camera to test it out and see how it worked. I loved it so much, I bought another! Setup was super easy! The picture quality is pretty great, and I love how I can move the camera around to see all the angles of my rooms. The feature I love the most is the ability to be able to talk to my pets through the microphone. I'm a big fan of this camera!

Bought it to keep dogs from destroying the house , works well as soon as they mis behave I can hear and correct the behavior with the option to talk to them

Happy With the Camera

I bought this to see how my dog is doing with her separation anxiety. I wanted to see what her behavior is when she is anxious so we can try to gradually lengthen the time she tolerates being alone. For the price it's a great camera, seems to do everything it says although I have not used night vision or motion detection as those are not of interest to me. The app is pretty easy to learn and use and does have help features. You don't need to use the QR codes in the instruction booklet if you don't want, just go look for the BestEye app in your google or apple app store. The actual instruction booklet is in very badly translated English, but the seller also sends a video with no words, that I watched and helped the written instructions make sense. Camera set up was pretty easy at that point. I haven't used the SD card yet. Also want to add that the seller is very responsive to email and eager to solve problems, I did have to email with a question and got a quick resolution. Definitely recommend this camera.

Amazing camera. Easy hookup

Exceptional security camera for the money. Hooks up to Wi-Fi very easily. Picture quality is very good. You're able to move the camera in a 360-degree manner. Very easy setup. Very happy with the security camera and the price that I paid.

Amazing for the price! Connected easily and app is good!

So far I have found many of these cameras are pretty decent when it comes to picture quality. The big difference was the ability to connect to the app and stay connected! Since I already had a camera that uses the same IPC-360 app it took less than a minute to set up. This was by far the most inexpensive of my 3 cameras and one of them doesn't even have the pan and tilt feature. My only complaint, if any, is that I can't view both cameras simultaneously on a split screen. For the price you absolutely cannot go wrong! I paid at least $10 more for an equivalent quality camera not long ago. One of my pets has a health issue and I use it to monitor him when I am away from home or in another room and the night vision is excellent. Trust me, you will not be disappointed with this camera. This was money well spent.
