It's the perfect size for her

I bought the backpack for my 3-year-old before our 3 summer trips. We gave it to her early so she could "get used to using it." Silly me, I thought we'd have to bribe her to use it. Not the case! She LOVES wearing her backpack and loves to pack it with what SHE wants. It's the perfect size for her, she's a tall 3-yr-old, and there is still room to extend the straps. The buckle across the front is great because she doesn't have to worry about the straps falling off her shoulders. We love it!

great backpack with zero problems!

quality little backpack. the fabric feels solid, the zippers don’t catch at all, very smooth, and the pockets are much bigger than i expected. i bought it for myself, not a child, and i’ve got a slim build (5’4” - 110lbs - 32DD for reference) and the chest clip works great. lots of room for adjusting. i can even fit my macbook with TONS of room! i love the space theme and colors, the stitching is really good and i think it will hold up nicely. i’m taking it on a trip to california (disneyland) so i’ll update after to see how it holds up. also, the manufacturer included a card that says they have a full 1 year warrantee (replace or refund) so that’s a huge plus. very impressed and would definitely buy again.

Great first backpack !

Got this for my 3 yr old son who is pretty tall for his age ( wears 5T) he loves it and it holds a decent amount . We have to help him buckle and unbuckle the front but overall he loves it !

Perfect size for a preschooler to kindergartener!

This backpack is so cute! We chose the Cute Fruits design. The colors and design are perfect for a little pre-k to kindergartener. I did a lot of searching for a backpack that was large enough to hold paper/folders but not so big that it would overwhelm the frame of my petite 4-year-old. I ordered this one and crossed my fingers it would meet my needs. I'm relieved and pleased to say that it not only met my needs, but my little one approves of it as well! She has been wearing it around the house and cannot wait to start using it for school. The backpack is well made and lightweight. It arrived packaged nicely and on time.

Perfect size backpack for toddlers & preschoolers

Purchased this for my dino-loving 3-year-old (now 4) last year. He is a very tall kid, but he's still too small for a standard big kids backpack that I see so many preschoolers try to wear. The backpacks for elementary school-aged kids are just too wide and long for preschoolers (and toddlers). This backpack fits an extra change of clothes, wipes, plus a pair of shoes. The side pockets fit his water bottle just fine. And the chest clip helps keep the backpack steady while he runs around with it on. The dinosaur design is adorable and you probably will be the only one with this special backpack. Highly recommend.

Impressed with quality and price.

I purchased this backpack today in a rush; I was just looking for something I could get delivered one-day, since my kid starts preschool tomorrow and I was woefully underprepared. Yes, this is a SMALL child's backpack. "Preschool Toddler" backpack - if that doesn't tip you off, check out the measurements given. This is exactly what I was looking for and I was thrilled with the price tag for one-day delivery. (I had to add a couple of random things to my cart but that's okay.) On the outside, the backpack is constructed well. Topstitching is straight and not sloppy. Pattern is adorable (we got space). The inner lining is really cute! It's red and white stripes. Zippers seem durable. I like the chest clip addition; for smaller kids, sometimes balance is better with a backpack on if they have a chest clip. Overall I'm really glad I bought this and hope it lives up to the wear and tear of a 5-year-old!

Plenty of space!

A lot of reviews had said that this backpack was to small to hold a folder. Not true. I was very worried about purchasing this due to the mixed reviews but decided to because the added feature of the chest strap was a hit for me. I'm so glad I purchased this for my 3 year old son for preschool! He absolutely loves his dinosaur backpack and it fits him perfectly. The other one I had got for him hit the back of his knees and this is positioned nicely on his back. Also the padded shoulder straps are awesome too! As far as the material and stitching it seems of good quality. I tried out the zippers because that was another negative about the reviews. I was a little rough to see if they could hold up to some abuse and they did. I can fit my sons two communication folders, a 3 ring notebook, his huge lunch box, and his pencil case with room still left over for an extra change of clothes. The side pockets can hold a regular water bottle fine. My kids always lose the reusable ones so I just buy the junior water bottles. Only thing I was not able to test out was the handle on top of the backpack for carrying. Will post another review if it doesn't hold up but I'm happy with my purchase and highly recommend for a preschooler or a student in kindergarten.

Perfect elementary bag!

This is the cutest backpack! Was purchased for my 5 yr old going to Kindergarten. Perfect size! She’s small for her age and this doesn’t hang to the back of her legs causing her kick it like her preschool bag did. Fits a take home folder plus extras. The padding on the shoulders is great and I appreciate the chest clip to help balance it for her. Great buy!

Would buy again

I just received these, and for the price the quality is better than I thought. I ordered the large unicorns for my 5 year old to use in the fall for kindergarten and it should fit her for a couple years. I ordered the small dinosaurs for my 2.5 year old and it fits him perfectly. Once difference I noticed is the small bag has elastic pockets on the sides where the large doesn't.

Adorable! It's perfect size and so well made.While the design of this backpack is certainly eye-catching.Got this backpack for my daughter who is 3 years old. It seems to be of decent quality and size. There are two zipper compartments, one much larger main compartment fits her homework folder and lunch also some extra clothes and the other smaller on the front fits some toys.I like the water pockets on both sides for drinks. The zippers seem to be good quality meta and smooth.My daughter loved the print. I loved the size and that the fabric is fairly durable.
