I've own an older generation Bluetooth headset from Corsair. It was plastic and it broke at certain stress points. Thank goodness for DAP RAPIDFUSE! I got 2 1/2 years out of them. I refused to buy the next generation as so many of my co-workers. They didn't fit over my ears entirely. But these, they are incredible! Made of metal and the ear cup works very well, they are lighter and the sound quality, I'm only talking to people, is amazing. My only gripe is I bought them at the end of September, I paid just under $99. Then two days later, they dropped $20 in price. Amazon gave me a credit for the difference, they 'don't refund' Then they dropped again, $69.99. I asked for another credit and no way! A number of my co-workers have purchased these after I showed them mine, let them hear the sound quality, the fit and Amazon is playing this $10 game. It's disappointing. Over all, these are great and I purchased a 4 year extended warranty for $2.

pretty light weight and very comfortable, great leather material. sounds amazing. im not a studio head but im addicted to games like crack (yes i am still a very functional and efficient adult). range is great for going to the fridge or the throne. no lag. battery life is very good too. *update* I keep giving these away and re-buying because they are cheap, reliable and awesome. worth every penny.

I bought these about 8 months ago and waited to write a review to ensure longevity. All I can say is that I have literally no cons to report. Other reviews complain about: - static noises, my audio is extremely clear - weak joints, mine feel sturdy enough - pairing problems, it was easy and quick - bad surround sound, sounded great to me - low audio definition, I heard everything from footsteps to bullets to explosions in full detail On top of all of this, they connected easy to my ps4 and windows 10, had great battery life, and show no signs of wear. The microphone is sufficient, but not entirely impressive. Overall, I think they are a perfect gaming headset and even deliver a mean music experience. (The mids can be a little muddy at times). They feel and look premium and I fully recommend them, despite their mixed reviews.

I bought this one after trying the Corsair Void Pro which is nice but even at the smallest size they would slip off my head if I barely put my head down. These are a great fix, they aren't designed to be noise canceling but they are great at blocking out noise from other co-workers. They work great with windows 10 and skype for calls. I was floored by the 7.1 sound quality, absolutely fantastic sound for watching videos. I am not a gamer so I can't give an option on that. They feel well build and are nice to wear. They feel a little heavy to wear, but it hasn't been a huge issue. The mic sound could be better quality but I can overlook that for the 7.1 sound. The battery life is pretty good, I don't think it can get as many hours as they claim but it will get you a work day at least.

It's so comfortable and very convenient being wireless and all. I intended to use it on my Xbox One but I realized It's only compatible with PC/PS4. I could have easily returned it but there so nice and I just wanna save the hassle between us customers and sellers alike, so I bypassed the technical problem. I made sure both Xbox One/PC are directly connected/Wired to the WiFi unit. Open up the Xbox app on PC and connect to the Xbox and click start stream. Everything should be good but for me none of it works unless you keep your Gamepad connected through USB but I do not know why. I have an Xbox One Elite Gamepad but I gotta connect it otherwise no sound picks up. Overall they weren't even meant to be used on the Xbox but if you're digging these but you have an Xbox then this the way you gotta do it to make it work.

After reading several articles on headsets, I had an expectation on these headphones and they did deliver. I upgraded to these from the Vengeance 2100. It's like they took everything that was wrong with those headphones and created the HS70. Pros: (compared to the Vengeance 2100) - Better battery life - Higher fidelity, overall better sound - Much lighter weight - Comfortable leather cuffs (2100 had this microfiber that itched my face) - Materials are sturdier, more use of actual metal in build - No decals that can fall off - Mic is highly positionable, even detachable - Mic scrubs external ambient noises better Things that are not so great IMO (compared to the 2100): - Volume knob on 2100 had better feel, easier to find - Power button is kind of small, it's ok. 2100 had too big of a power button so... - Mute button, I prefer moving the mic up on the 2100 for muting. - HS70 is supposed to have slightly better wireless range. However, with the 2100 I was able to talk to my squad from my kitchen, with the HS70 I could not. - Bass. It's not that it's lacking, it's like the bass hits abruptly, it's rather odd. 2100 had decent overall ambient bass. HS70 will have a lack of bass and then BAM too much bass for certain actions in games. It's weird. Side note: One of my gaming buddies says I sound rather robotic with this headset. When I tested it, it seemed fine, but I will have to agree, compared to the 2100, the voice quality is lacking a bit BUT the most important thing is that your squad can hear you clearly and the HS70 delivers. Regardless, these feel and sound great. The pricing is very hard to beat. I am very pleased with this headset and price. They don't feel nor look cheap by any means. Highly recommend these.

Honestly you can't do better for under 100 dollars. I have had corsair void wired headphones for 2 years and still no problems other than wanting some wireless. Now the Hs270 deliver same quality but wireless and have a pretty damn big range on them. They actually fit better than the Void and are a bit lighter. They do not come with the RGB features the Void does but they have a very minimalist appearance. The sound quality is very good and considering you won't have a 100 bucks in theses and they are wireless. They do have 7.1 option detachable mic. I really can't stress enough the quality of these headphones highly recommend if you are looking for a kick ass set of headphones That work with PC and PS4 pro flawlessly. I don't think they are compatible with Xbox could be wrong about that.

I teach online ESL classes and have been teaching for almost 2 years with a super cheap headset, so I decided it was time for an upgrade. I have been using these for about 2 weeks now and love them. They have great sound quality and they're comfortable through 4 hours of teaching. Battery life is great too! Haven't had any problems so far with the battery dying and I like that you can still use them plugged in if you forget to charge them. The ear covers go completely around my ears without smooshing them. Usually gaming headsets look comically large on my head, so I like the slim profile of these. Definitely recommend so far!

This is an early and quick review. I am replacing an Astro A20 (Piece of trash that cannot stay connected and cannot stay on the same profile). I had a G933 before this, also a terrible headset; the sound was amazing on it, but it falls apart. I had taken mine back 3x. Each time the headband was coming off because they use cheap adhesive. There were other issues too, but I won't go into it as I am leaving a quick review for the HS70. The box was light, which indicated the headset was too. It's about average on the weight. The headset looks nice as it's just black and basic, which I like. As people say you can wear them and people wouldn't realize it's a gaming headset. The sound is very good. I would say it is as good as the Astro A20 and the G933 (maybe better) in my opinion. It is much louder than both of the other headsets and has great bass. The mic, according to the one friend who's heard it said it was way better than the A20, which again the A20 is garbage since it constantly loses connection. In my opinion this headset is better than the Astro A20, G933, HyperX Cloud Flight Wireless (2nd best headset I have), and the utterly disappointing SS Arctis 7 wireless. For the money, you won't find a better headset!

I really like the fit, finish and feel if these cans. Thankfully they don't have that feature of the earcups rotating 90 degrees that some people like. Personally I HATE that, being disabled with only one hand working it makes donning a pair that does this annoying at best. These HS70s pop right on easily, and I find them quite comfortable. Now, the dang rotating earcups on many headsets might be a negative, but the real dealbreaker I've found is headsets that are too fat to mount the Track Clip Pro I use with my NaturalPoint TrackIR head tracker. Yes, that clip is indeed a crappy design, made of flimsy material, but it's what I have to work with if I want to use TrackIR while being able to communicate with my friends on Teamspeak when flight simming. Not an issue with these Corsairs, thankfully. Using the iCUE software for microphone sidetone, I have to say the mic sounds just fine to me. The HS70's audio, and its flexibility with variable mic output and both preset and adjustable equalizer playback with iCUE, sounds very very good...it's just not superb. I initially took one star off for the quality of the audio, but I had to reverse myself. After working with the HS70s for a few days I think these sound as good as any high quality wireless phones do these days, maybe even a touch better. The fact is that on the whole the manufacturers aren't *quite* there yet with wireless sound quality. These really do deliver some full, rich sound, it's just not awesome, and there's still a small but noticeable hiss from the carrier. The HS70's sound quality is objectively speaking a ways from my personal gold standard, the stunning Sony MDRV6 cans I occasionally use for listening to music so I don't think I'm being too picky, and I'm confident that sound engineers WILL overcome the wireless sound issue at some point, maybe with the next generation of wireless headsets. Less-than-stellar audio quality aside, these really are a terrific wireless solution for headset users. They feel good, sound great (including the mic), and will fit that irritating but needed Track Clip Pro. I'm VERY pleased with them. EDIT- After all the fuss I made about being able to use the Track Clip Pro, I've decided I prefer the freedom of wireless without even the single long USB connection to that Track Clip Pro. I realized after some thought that the standard (and much smaller and less obtrusive) Track Clip will be perfectly comfortable to use with a visor instead of the ball cap that so many people use...all that's needed is a stiff enough bill to mount the Track Clip on. Without the pressure of a cap's button pressing on the top of my head I'm sure I'll be at least 90% (likely equally) as comfortable as when using the Track Clip Pro, but without the hassle and worry of damaging the thing with all of its delicate bits and fragile construction. Either way, these remain a great choice for simmers using TrackIR. Nicely done, Corsair.
