• ALL-IN-ONE HOME GYM EQUIPMENT FOR VARIETY OF FUNCTIONS: Use our exercise balls for a wide array of active exercises such as yoga, Pilates, or CrossFit to tone muscles, increase cardio endurance, build strength, and control weight. The versatility of our therapy ball stretches beyond exercise into activities such as correcting posture, ab development, play therapy, sitting at a desk, labor support during pregnancy and birthing. Add a base and resistance bands for the ultimate resistance workout.
  • NO POP WITH HIGH ANTI-BURST RATING FOR MAXIMUM SAFETY YOU CAN LEAN ON: We don’t call our Exercise Ball a stability ball for nothing. With an ultra-high anti-burst rating of 2000 lbs, it doesn’t pop like a balloon when punctured by sharp objects which is what happens with a lower-rated swiss ball. Instead, it slowly deflates and protects you from injury during vigorous exercise or while using it as an office chair.
  • NO DROP WITH ANTI-SLIP MATTE SURFACE FOR A SECURE GRIP: Whether you’re using it as a gym ball, physio ball, yoga ball, swiss ball, therapy ball, sitting ball, pregancy ball or a general fitness ball, you’ll enjoy lying on, bouncing, rolling, or lifting it. Its tactile lines blend with the smooth, hypoallergenic surface to provide comfortable, non-slip contact with your skin without the sticky feel.
  • EVEN, ALL-AROUND THICKNESS RETAINS SHAPE BETTER THROUGH TIME: The higher the anti-burst rating, the thicker the casing to create a greater resistance to punctures and to prevent air from seeping through the surface. It makes a perfect balance ball with its sturdy 0.2 cm PVC casing that stretches evenly across the ball surface, maintaining its shape longer and preventing it from rolling away.
  • CHOICE OF 45 CM, 55 CM, 65 CM AND 75 CM SIZES TO SUIT YOUR HEIGHT: Whether you use the ball for exercise or as a desk chair or office furniture, our sizing chart can help you find the ideal ball size to ensure safety and comfort when you use it. INCLUDED IN THE BOX: 1) Premium Exercise Ball 2 ) High Quality Hand Pump 3) Exact Diameter Measuring Tape 4) 2 Ball Plugs 5) Ball Plug Removal Tool 6) Exercise Guide and 7) Bonus eBook "The 7 Secrets To Your Ideal Body" (emailed to you after purchase)

Excellent quality! LOVE this ball. It's eco friendly and doesn't have the awful plastic smell like so many other exercise balls. It's also really strong, durable and non-sticky! I bought two, one for me size 65" (I'm 5'4") and one for my hubby size 75" (he's 6'2"), they are a great size and we use them as desk chairs, exercise equipment and fun rough housing toys to play with our kids with!!! I would recommend these SmarterLife balls to anyone who is looking for an environmentally friendly, extremely strong and quality product.

We've owned two of these now, the first died a most ignominious death when my hubby kicked it into a hinge whose spring was popped out. But I liked it so much we bought a second, and I've had two other brands of yoga ball that I didn't like nearly so well. These see heavy use in our house. We use them for occupational therapy exercises for my preschooler, who because of his Sotos Syndrome, has poor muscle tone in his core. He also needs the vestibular input because of his sensory issues. And now because of how tall he's gotten, he can actually sit on this thing and bounce on his own, which he does frequently. Which is not a problem with the product, it is the perfect size for me as his mom at 5 ' 3", he's just that tall. I also use it sometimes for abdominal exercises, and to do calming (calming for him) exercises for with both him and I on it. My daughter also uses this as both a chair and to bounce around on. It has been durable, and it doesn't deflate as easily as some of the other yoga balls I've had in the past, which is a must in our house given the kind of abuse my kiddos are capable of doing with this thing. It also has survived the kitties and their claws, and I'm pretty sure one of our other yoga balls died because the wall was thinner and it had an unfortunate encounter with one of our little cuties. So this is definitely a yoga ball I recommend.

The 55cm exercise ball came in a couple of days. It did take two sets of hands to put air into it. We used the enclosed hand pump but, until we got it going it was the challenge. Once there was some air in it the rest was good. Oh, the one tape end tore loose during the pumping air into it so we guessed at the proper size. We just let it have a little give, like the one I use at physical therapy. The other thing I want to mention is the picture instructions do not tell you in what circumstances the particular exercise is used. Admittedly, I have been a couch potato pretty much. Exercise, especially with the ball has been non-existent. At present, I am following through only with the exercises my PT is giving me. I need back strengthening exercises per my Dr. and back pain. I like the exercise ball very much, along with my other strengthening exercises, I do have less pain. I'm very glad I purchased it.

I purchased the 65cm purple ball. After reading the reviews about the sizing of the ball, I pumped the gym ball by 1) insert the hole of the one end of the black measuring tape that came with the gym ball to the nozzle of the pump, 2) wrap with the tape around the ball vertically (when inflation hole faces up) then 3) insert the hole on the other end of the tape to the nozzle of the pump then finally 4) insert nozzle into the inflation hole of the ball (try to insert the nozzle deep enough so it stays in the ball during pumping. After this setup then start the pumping. Yes it takes a while for a small pump and a large gym ball. The trick to efficient pumping is "quick frequency" cause I found that if I pump slowly, somehow not much air is entering the pump and ball. Do short quick pumping and you can take breaks in between sessions. It takes me 5 minutes to pump and I feel it is not that much difficult but I see elderly people may need to take turn. NOTICE that you should be keeping pumping even though at first the ball seem not possible to reach the length of the tape. The ball is elastic in material so trust me it DOES REACH THE PERIMETER OF THE TAPE eventually. When finishing pumping, block the inflation hole with thumb quickly right after you remove the pump nozzle, and insert the pin asap to avoid the air coming out of the ball. I bought the used (opened box) item from amazon warehouse so somehow the exercise guide is missing. I emailed the SmarterLife through their website and they responsed me quickly and email me back the exercise guide after checking my order number. I feel they are pretty responsive to their customer (see the negative reviews for their reply) and stand behind their product, and that's part of the reason I chose this ball instead of other options here on Amazon. I will update this review after using it a while to see if it deflate over use. Sizing: I am 5'6'' with short legs and using this as a chair in front of my desk. 65cm works for my purpose. Though my thigh is not at 90degree to my calf (which was suggested using as a chair), I feel it I went with 55cm then my desk would be too high.

I bought this ball exclusively as a birthing ball. I used it at home to sit on while at the table or even just watching TV. I could sit longer without my lower back hurting, and in the 3rd trimester I would kneel on the floor and lay my head on the ball. This helped take the pressure of my back and also helps the baby fall into the right position for birth (from what I've read). When you do get it.. be ready for an arm workout as the pump is manual and takes a little while to pump up.. my husband and i took turns!

I was a little worried about blowing it up too much. There is a measuring tape that comes with the ball and it seemed pretty full but there was lots of slack in the tape. The company sends follow up emails to make sure you are happy so I asked if the tape might be wrong size. He told me to trust the tape, so I did. I kept going until the tape was a little snug and it is perfect! Customer service is great, follow up so you know they care but not so much to be annoying. Aside from all of that, the quality of the ball is great. I have used it several times since I got it and it seems really sturdy. The only fault I see is that there is nothing provided to pull the plug when you want to deflate it or add more air but other than that I am very pleased.

I actually purchased the ball for my 7 year old when his teachers encouraged all the parents to send them in for their kids to use as chairs. It helps the kids "get the wiggles out" instead of having to sit motionless in a desk chair all day. This has really worked with my son who has some hyperactivity issues. I appreciate this particular ball because in order for the ball to provide the most optimum balance of stability with movement, the balls have to be inflated until they are very firm. This caused a number of the other balls to pop or they popped after being "wiggled and sat upon" in class. The SmarterLife ball has held up very well and my son loves it. I also appreciate that the owner of the company emailed me personally to find out if I was happy with the product and included a colorful diagram of exercises that the ball can be used for. I have to admit I've "borrowed" my son's a few times to try out the exercises!

So impressed with this company! I am pregnant and ordered one of these balls. I ordered the 45in which was too small for what I want needing it for. I wanted to return & exchange it for a larger size, however to return it, it would cost me half the price of the ball. I contacted the company to let them know and the offered to refund me for the return price. I’m in my third trimester and pretty spacey so I completely forgot to return the ball. The company reached out to ME again to see what I was wanting to do moving forward!! Wow! I am honestly speechless. They did not need to check back with me and they did. The same day I returned the ball, I received the refund! I ordered the 65in ball and it is perfect!!! It is easy to fill and comes with extra pieces in case you were to lose the pin that seals the hole. I would definitely recommend this exercise ball & company!!

I have a bad back and sitting in a traditional desk chair creates stiffness and pain. I already have a ball chair but I wanted to have the option of just sitting on the ball without the base. I wanted something that would get me to the chair level of my desk. Although I'm 5'5", I decided to buy the 75cm ball to make sure I get the height since the main purpose is to use it as a desk chair. I am very happy with this product. The material is strong and durable. It's large enough to place me at the chair level of my desk. Depending on how you sit on it, your legs may get tired of straddling. This is only because I'm shorter than the recommended height. But that's okay. I can deflate it a little if needed, but I like the firmness when it's just about totally inflated. The included measuring tape has one hole on each end. To inflate you have to stick the pump into one of the holes on the tape and then into the hole on the ball. You will know when the ball is totally inflated when the second hole overlaps the first hole as the rest of the tape is wrapped around the center of the ball. The measuring tape on the 75cm is very long. At first, I was afraid I was going to burst the ball (see the photo) because there was so much tape left. I continued to inflate it until the measuring tape overlapped with about 1" to spare. I could have inflated it to the full size, but it was large enough. In another photo, you will see I have it sitting next to my ball chair. That is the 75cm ball inflated with 1 inch of tape left to fit around it. Also included in the package is a tool to pull the needle out of the ball for inflating/deflating. Very helpful little tool. This product is great as a chair and you can't help but bounce on it while you are sitting on it. So it helps me get exercise as well. ONE WARNING: The material sticks to paint when you first use it. I mistakenly rested it against the wall and it took a plug of paint away when I moved it. I think it has some type of thin film on the material because it's new. But after sitting on it and rubbing it against clothing and the rug, the film wears away and the ball no longer sticks to paint. I am enjoying my new chair and will be buying a second one soon for another area of my home. Do I like it better than the ball chair (in the photo)? I switch them around so I enjoy them both equally.

We love this exercise ball so much that we bought a second one! Originally I bought this for my wife who is 5'5", so I ordered the purple 65cm size. I am 6'3" and this size is pretty comfortable for me. I lay on it to stretch my back and use it as a general seat in our house. Our baby loves to be soothed by the bouncing, so we use it nightly! The ball is easy to inflate; a hand held pump is included and it takes a good amount of energy to inflate. After several months' use, I have noticed that the ball has deflated a bit, so will require continuous inflation. The material is very strong and does not produce any kind of smell like other synthetic rubbers. I am very satisfied with the quality of the product and the price is a very good deal!
