easy assembly and great quality, light use and recommend to buy, this is my first ever lawn mower and really enjoy it

I had the Worx 13" mower for four years, but the battery gave out. It's cheaper to get a new mower than to buy a new battery. I loved that one because it was light weight. I'm retired and have a very small yard. I have only used the new mower once, but I can tell it's going to be great. It is a little wider, still fits in my garden shed. It takes about 20 min to mow my lawn, this can do that with power to spare. I love the bag. Seems to have pretty good suction too. Perfect for me!

Great little mower. I love this thing I just pop in the batteries and I can clean up all the places my riding mower cannot get to.

This was very easy to put together. It is extremely lightweight and very easy to use. The batteries take about 4 hours to fully charge, and depending on how hard the mower needs to work will depend on the battery life usage you can get off one charge. I have a smaller yard, about .25 acres, and I cut it all in about 35 minutes with 2 bars left of the 6 total on the battery charge. If you use the mulch attachment in higher grass the mower will cut off, but all you need to do is adjust the height of the blades. If you do use the mulcher, the grass clippings won’t go into the catchment attament, at least not in my case. All-in-all, this is a very good little machine for smaller yards.

This mower cut better than expected and still a bit of left battery life after cutting my lawn for 25 minutes. So far, so good! I will update this post after a summer of mowing, and hopefully it holds up under the summer grind. Update: I cut lawn for the second time today on the original charge. Meaning I can actually get by cutting my lawn twice on a full charge. For this I give it 5 stars!!!

When my electric corded lawnmower finally died after ~5 years, it was time to buy another. While shopping for a new mower, I also borrowed the neighbor's gas-powered Troy-Bilt to try. Here's what I realized: The motion of the gas-powered mower hurt my hands, the noise was too loud, and I didn't like being hit in the face with the constant smell of gasoline exhaust. On the other hand, I wasn't sure about going back to an electric-corded mower, and the several-time-a-year expense of running over the cord when you're not totally paying attention. So, I decided to give a battery-powered mower a chance. The mower arrived well-packaged and only the upper/lower handle needed assembling. It runs very quietly and, by having a bag, you don't end up with large clumps of grass on the ground. Cutting about 4500 square feet of lawn, I was a little worried about only having 2 batteries; however, I can easily get the entire lawn done (in economy mode) with less than 2 full charges (so, a full charge and then a 3-hour recharge) and, on the bright side, it does force me to take a break in the middle of doing it (so I'm not dead tired by the time I finish). Overall, this is a great product for the price, giving more mobility than corded models and no smell/shaking/noise like the gas-powered mowers. As with anything, though, there is a bit of a learning curve or adjustment from using other types of mowers, so it may take a few mowings for you to get the hang of it.

So far, so good... Just received this today. Well packaged, no damage. Easy assembly, with Ikea-like step-by-step photo instructions. Very lightweight. Charged new batteries for about 4 hours, mowed front and back yards...with plenty of battery juice left. (Typical CA subdivision lot). The clippings bag indicator is spot on. When it's closed...the bag is full and should be emptied. A real bargain when compared to the dated and expensive B&D cmm1200 24v, that I bought new, over 16 years ago.

I bought this lawn mower specifically to mow a small area that the guys who mow my lawn can’t get at with their larger equipment. The area is high with weeds, thick in places. It’s not a large area. My concern was that this mower would not have the power to get thru the weeds and/or that I would need to baby it to do what I wanted. Boy was I wrong. First of all set up was pretty intuitive. I watched a few youtubes before buying. If I didn’t I might not have been able to understand the instructions. Setup didn’t take long. I charged up the batteries and had a go at the area I wanted to mow. The mower did exactly what I wanted it to do and did it with ease. It’s very light and was very easy to move thru the area. Plenty of power and charge for I wanted it for. I’ve only used it once, but am thrilled with the purchase. My impression is that it will mow a regular lawn area quite easily. There are obvious constraints in that the mower is only 14” wide and that it could run out of power before one is finished. This is not a problem with the mower. It is best used with that realization and/or chosen for mowing a suitable area, mainly a smaller sized lawn.

The WORX trimmer with fail-safe, on-demand string advance was innovative and effective. It alone is enough to justify investing in the 20-volt max battery system. Then came some light-duty WORK tools for ‘hubby homemaker’ work around the cabin (my real tools are Milwaukee M18) and they work better than their price point merits. And now this excellent little lawnmower...using two 20-volt Max batteries in series rather than requiring the purchase of yet another style of battery and charger. At 14”, it’s small...but it does the job and maneuvers where bigger mowers can’t. It’s also female-friendly and my wife can handle it with ease compared with larger and heavier machines. This is an amazing and affordable tool! Bravo!

I'm a huge Worx fan, but I'll admit that I was a little skeptical on how this would perform compared to a gas mower. I've had this mower for a couple of weeks now and it's great! It comes nicely packaged and mostly assembled. If you're someone that avoids assembly of any kind, don't worry about it with this mower, anyone can do this. The few assembly steps needed, takes about five minutes and doesn't require any tools. In the box: The mower comes with two large capacity (4.0Ah/72Wh) 20v batteries and a dual charging station. If you have other 20v Worx products, you can use these batteries and any 20v Worx batteries interchangeably with their entire line. When using the included charger, it takes about four hours to recharge both batteries when completely drained. One cool feature that I really like is the battery level indicators on each battery and also on the mower. Aside from being able to check each individually, the indicator on the mower tells you the battery level when they're both installed. It comes with a very sturdy clippings bag that I haven't used. It comes with a mulching plug that you drop in when you want to recycle the clippings back into the yard, which is what I do. Please keep in mind that It's a bit on the small side and requires more passes than a typical gas mower. I don't mind, because it's so much easier to push and maneuver than a gas version weighing twice as much. Even though I've only owned this for a few weeks, I'm impressed. If this machine proves to be well made like my many other Worx products, I look forward to using this mower for many years to come. If you have a small to medium sized yard and are in the need of a new mower, give this one a try, you'll be glad you did!
