The product is easy to use and easy to clean too.

Very neat, needs a cool-touch handle

Pros: -heats up really quickly and gives meat a nice char. -is compact and easy to store in a cabinet, but still can cook up to 4 burgers -non-stick surface -neat well for marinade/smoking Cons: -not hardy like an actual grill to clean, so the surface can get scratched if you use a metal spatula or a hard bristle brush -well can get full quickly depending on the fat in the meat and it's not easy to empty if you want to keep cooking. Entire thing gets very hot with no cool-touch handle

Very well made

This product is very well made. We wanted a way to grill indoors on very cold Minnesota winter ❄️ 🥶 nights. While it’s not really cold yet, we tried it on November steaks in our kitchen. You don’t get that flame broiled taste, but it grilled up very nicely, no smoke, and it was almost as good as a steak cooked on an outdoor grill. I would definitely recommend this product.
