Fast shipping, easy set up, sounds great. For the brand, sound, accessories (new strings, tuner & case), I have no complaints. Will buy a Yamaha in the future but as my first guitar this is perfect. 10/10

I’m a beginner and I love my guitar. Came with everything you need to get started. Quality of the guitar is great.

This is my 17 year old son's 1st guitar & has been really great for him to learn on. Thank you for providing such an economical way for a beginner to become an enthusiast! He is already looking for his next 6-string purchase!

Having never previously picked up a guitar in my life, I decided out of the blue that I'd like to learn to play acoustic. Since I'm starting from absolute scratch I didn't necessarily know what I would need, so I was looking for a decent starter kit that had all of the essentials. This one fit the bill perfectly, and with a FENDER guitar no less! With just a little bit of tuning it was ready to go right out of the box. It may be considered a beginner guitar, but it looks and sounds great. The gig bag doesn't offer a whole lot of protection, but it does have some light padding and will do just fine for storing it at the house. Would have been nice if it had an external pocket for accessory storage (picks, polishing cloth, tuner, etc.). The picture makes it look like there is an external pocket, but there's not. If you plan on toting this around to lessons or some such, you may want something a little more heavy duty. One review stated a stand was included, but that must have been a fluke because it's not in the description and I certainly didn't receive one. Make sure you get one of those as well. The only minor issues I had were: 1) the clip on tuner is nothing like the one in the picture. The one included still works just fine, but don't expect it to look like that. (Edit 7/12/13 - the picture has been changed and the tuner that is now shown is the one that I received) 2) the extra string pack was missing, but Amazon CS more than made up for that. I'm not letting either of those little quirks affect my 5 star rating, because overall I feel like this is a great package for someone who is taking their first steps in learning how to play.

I'm very happy with this purchase. I'd never picked up a guitar before and this bundle has just about everything you need to get started! The DVD is helpful and explains all of the basics like care, tuning, reading tabs, and playing chords. The guitar itself is beautiful and sounds great, though a bit more challenging to play than I anticipated-- my hands are smaller than I thought and it took a lot of patience to learn how to strengthen my grip and extend my reach. My Fender also came with one month of free online lessons through their website. I haven't taken advantage of it yet, but it's a nice addition for those who want to use it. Totally recommend this to other grown ups like me who are just getting started.

I've never played a guitar thinking it was way too hard to try. This bundle came with a great little tuner, a case, picks, replacement strings, a strap, a polishing towel, and a DVD. The quality of the DVD isn't great but the content is SUPER helpful. I'm learning a little more every day and I'm finding it easier and more fun than I expected. The packaging was really good - no damage whatsoever. I'm not even slightly disappointed with this kit. Excellent value!

Bought one for my son, and was so impressed I bought another one to have as my upstairs acoustic. Stays in tune, sounds good and rich. I would have preferred a cutaway body to reach the high notes but no real complaints. For the money this is a good guitar.

Came almost in tune. Impressive. Pretty sure I’m already a rockstar. I’ve had it about a week. Well, maybe not a rockstar, but my fingers stretch further now and my girl is into it. Sometimes you get a two for one.

One of the best values for a beginner acoustic guitar. You may need to do some work on the bridge and truss rod to bring the strings a little closer to the neck, but that's not needed and just makes it a little more smooth. It takes 5 minutes and makes this guitar play like a $300 model.

Arrived fast, in great condition and a good guitar for the price. Would recommend this package.
