The product is excellent even though it was a refurbished TV.

Refurbished but is like new!

This TV was priced right and when received was packaged as new, looked like new and worked like new. This has been hung on the wall of our den and serves as an "extra" TV in our house but could certainly be used as the main TV anywhere. Remote is easy to use, there are enough ports for all we need .... just an all around good value for the money.
