Motion sensitive, dependable, great value!

These Peak Plus "under-cabinet", motion-sensitive led light fixtures are a terrific buy! About 7 1/2 inches long, they are affixed via the self-adhesive strip on back of unit. I have used these led fixtures for a few years now; and they are top-notch as light sources in "hard-to-see" locations. The light is bright; it goes on instantly upon sensing motion; it goes off in about 60 seconds of no motion; it is quite "easy" on batteries (4AAA). The last set I ordered recently; one unit was defective. I e-mailed Amazon; and, amazingly, within four hours, the vendor had contacted me; he had requested and received my Amazon order number; and he had e-mailed me with the information that I would be receiving another set of the units. The package arrived today (three days after arrival of first package}. Never have I experienced such fast service from any vendor! Thanks so much!!

Lights are great!!

I bought these lights to put in a safe I recently purchased. I stuck them on every shelf so when I open the safe the motion picks that up and turns the lights on. Great light and bright. It lights everything up and sticks to the inside of the safe so they work great!

What a helpful item

We mounted these lights just above the steps going down to the basement. They provide excellent light right on the steps. The lights come on instantly when someone walks by, even the dog. She looked at them the first time but now just accepts that light appears as she goes by. We feel safer with the extra light on steps and the lights were easy and quick to install.

Easy to install and easy to operate. Great customer service

I installed two of these under a cookbook cabinet where we had no light. i would have to use a flashlight to get the cookbook that I needed. The multipurpose motion sensor lights seemed to be the solution. I simply installed the batteries and used the supplied sticky tape to mount them. The motion sensors pick up movement as my hand approaches the shelf and the lights immediately come on allow me to see the books. I installed the third one in a hall closet where once again we had no overhead light. Now when you open the door the light comes on and we can see!! I have not had these long enough to speak to the battery life or the durability yet. Yes I would recommend these and would order them again

I would give this 10 Stars if I could. I use to have problems in my closets looking for stuff, not anymore. My wife loves the motion detection for she if 5 foot tall and the closet height is over 9 feet tall. The magnetic strip that attaches to any surface with the glue tape on one side is great. This way the light bar just pops off the strip to replace the batteries. ( It takes 4 AAA batteries, they say it should last up to 6 Months) It took me less then 5 minutes for each closet. The light is strong enough to light up my closet.

Very good light for our bathroom at night

These work great. I placed them beneath the bathroom cabinets. Provides enough light to navigate to the toilet in the middle of the night.

Surprisingly well designed and functional.

Mine have worked nicely in odd cabinets where I used to have to shine a flashlight to find things. The magnetic mount makes battery replacement simpler than on others where the light must be slid off screws. I'll propbably buy another set for other trouble-spots.

Work great, easy to install, seem well made.

We put these in a kitchen cupboard so we can see to the back of each shelf. They are a snap to install (peel and stick...), and with the magnetic strip pop off in a second for battery replacement. Because they are longish strips of lights, they cover the area well without the shadows of single lights. I tried some other lights years ago that were not nearly as satisfactory. No idea how long the batteries will last, but LED’s with auto-shutoff, even with the motion sensor, should give many months and the AAA batteries are easy to replace. I did play around a bit with the depth in the cupboard to make sure they stayed on even with the kitchen light (didn’t have to go deep at all). I thought they would turn on when the cupboard door was opened, but usually it takes a wave of my hand to do it - kind of fun.
