Ive had many gas tillers this is my first elec/battery tiller and i couldnt be happier, easy to assemble, light weight, easy to manuver, and amazon costumer service is outstanding and did i mention powerful good job greenworks!!!

This cultivator/tiller had no trouble chopping up the cracked, rocky soil in our garden. I've never come close to running out of battery. But it's so easy and maneuverable it does the job on our medium-sized garden in less than 30 minutes, leaving plenty of charge in the battery for me to transfer to my other Greenworks tools and keep going with the other yard work. #client

Another great GreenWorks tool! Love the 80v battery series...no cords and great power. Decent battery life for this homeowner. (String trimmer, blower and lawnmower...encouraged me to get this cultivator for maintenance of our gardens and yard. Quiet power!!

After excellent results with the Greenworks lawnmower that I use to clear vines, I decided to give this tiller a try. It has the excellent reviews that it does for good reason. I even recommended it to my friends on Facebook who garden, are I rarely recommend products because people are hard to please in general. It's way more powerful that I expected a battery-operated tiller to be. It's comparable to the gas-powered ones of its size. It digs large rocks out of the ground without straining. I have Georgia red clay in my yard, which it tears through with no problems. I get about 45 minutes per charge, and it comes with a rapid recharger that literally takes a few minutes to reload the battery. The best part about battery-operated tools is that they are extremely low-maintenance with few problems. A friend who fixes lawnmowers says he's never worked on a battery-operated one. The tiller is similar - just with tines that dig rather than a blade that cuts. I'm very happy with this tiller. 5-stars.

I have been building a terraced garden and bought this to till it up each year. The soil is a bit rough, but I decided to give it a tray any way. This amazing little machine conquered the snot out of it. So impressed!

"Nobody does better" at designing cordless tools than Greenworks, this tiller is well made, light and simple to use. That said, even Greenworks designs are not perfect, so I suggest viewing u-toob type video comments and reviews to expand on the TL80L00 10-Inch 80V Cordless Tiller's user manual (tine placement comes to mind). Also note to any Greenworks folk who may read this, How-To videos are more helpful than little advert videos, in my opinion. An ASUS style unboxing and set-up video would be a great help to many potential customers. This 80V tiller came from a third party, it had been opened, partially assembled, and then improperly reboxed; but somehow arrived nearly like new. All pieces were included. Everything works right. I am pleased with it, ... just one caveat: use the shorter 2hr battery rather than the larger version, the big one sticks out far enough to become dirt covered and I fear that will be an issue. see photos I do my best to buy directly from Amazon.com and their direct warehouse shipper system, as this generally ensures a brand new, unopened and well boxed item. below is my invoice with no indication it might come from a third party: Items Ordered Price 1 of: Greenworks TL80L00 10-Inch 80V Cordless Tiller Cultivator, Battery Not Included Sold by: Amazon.com Services, Inc Condition: New $179.94

Very easy to assemble. I was surprised at how powerful, yet quiet the motor is. I am very pleased with this product.

The 80V battery setup seems to give it plenty of power. For the low cost, I'm running it through problem areas with no reservation and it is only impressive. The tool is tearing down several inches even in gravely soils where I'm pulling out 1"-3" rocks. Clean blades, good build and easy assembly.

Kick ass little cultivator. And its quite with little vibration. A little pricey but it starts at a push of a button
