Excellent Calliper

If you shop them, you see ratings all over the place. I chose this one because of the higher rating and the price point. I've been using it for a week or so now. (I am a daily user as a violin maker) It has not given me any trouble. I haven't really used the inside measurement or the depth yet so can't verify their accuracy yet, but I will edit my rating if I find any problems.

Good tool at this price point

Works smoothly and returns to zero every time. Accuracy is sufficient for the work I am doing with it. I don't think you can find a better caliper in this price range. I do recommend this product.

Nice digital caliper

Got this caliper as an extra for convenience. The others I have (mechanical and 2 digital) all agree with one another. This one is a bit different. About .002" different than my other calipers. Not critical unless your needs demand that accuracy. I do ammo reloading for long range competition .002" is borderline critical. Other than that, the feature set is very good, the ergonomics are good, and the battery life seems good. Certainly good enough for most work.

FINE TOOL, so far

I just got this tool, so far I think its FINE. Nice heft, great fit and finish, slick movement, seems durable. I tested it on my transfer punches and machinist's circle gauge, very good agreement and resolution. The multiple read out formats are necessary for me, and the fraction read out reduces to the lowest denominator (i.e.: 1/8, 1/4 .... 1/128; some read only in 1/128ths). The plastic case is just adequate but usable. The screwdriver is cheap and doesn't fit in the case right and gets bent. I'll keep you posted as I use it more.

At LAST...Fractions!

DIY'er. Don't use calipers very often but almost always have to convert decimals to fractions. What a pain! I replaced TWO perfectly good calipers with this one. With only occasional usage I don't anticipate mechanical failure that some have reported here. Also the case works and fits well.

Truly excellent quality!

I was skeptical because I have tried others but what a wonderful surprise to realize that this is a QUALITY PRODUCT, yeah. It is certainly heavy being ALL steel and the accuracy is truly amazing for I have tested it many times and the repeatability is dead on every time. It is also nice to have the choice of Inches, MM and fractions. I highly recommend this fine product as it has been very beneficial to me.

Way accurate enough for my needs and a good price.

This is just what I needed. Does the job well, works well, well made. I had to calibrate it so the digital and scale readings were giving the same result (analog scale seemed a little off, not aligning up visually where I would have expected relative to the digital reading - just tightly closed the calipers reset to zero and reset).

Excellent Tool for precise measurements

I liked everything about the design and accuracy. I've used a plastic caliper for years and it has served me well but REXBETI Digital Caliper is excellence in my hand. The price was reasonable.

Useful tool
