Im editing this review because originally I wasn't happy with this set and I returned them, but then a svbony representative reached out and wanted to know what was wrong and I told her my thoughts and why I didn't like them, and so she sent me a set free of charge and now I think it was just a bad set I received from the start because these are amazing, the image is crisp and clear, the coating dims is he object slightly so you can see alot more details and overall for the price they are awesome, alot better than I expected and also the customer service is amazing they literally went above and beyond when they clearly didn't have to, I recommend svbony not only for their value but for their excellent customer service

After examining and testing Meade, Celestron and SVBONY, in my opinion SVBONY is hands up better than the other two eyepiece providers. My ranking is SVBONY, Meade and Celestron, in that order. I did not examine Orion eyepieces. This is based on their 6mm, 9mm and 20mm eyepieces. Of course SVBONY eyepieces can not be expected to match the higher priced, better quality eyepieces made for Meade, Orion, Celestron or Tele Vue but they are a good bang for the buck. I would rate SVBONY eyepieces a 5 for the under $40 market and a 3 overall when compared to the quality ones. The best feature of the SVBONY wide angle eyepieces is their great POV; however, a caveat comes with this and that is you need to have the object you are viewing centered in the eyepiece. Here are Pros and Cons of the SVBONY wide angle eyepieces: Pros - great field of vision and if you have the object centered in the scope good clarity - appears well constructed - reasonable price for what it is supposed to offer - good value for the money Cons - very heavy. If you add a heavy barlow lens in all likelihood you might not be able to mount a cell phone or camera to the scope - chromatic aberration and comas if the object is off to the side of center in the scope

Stop looking and buy these. These are an an upgraded version of the goldline eyepieces and they are hands down the best value that you’re going to find on eyepieces- period. If you want to save a few bucks, buy the goldlines. Don’t take my word for it, go on Reddit to r/telescopes and ask the community of 30k people what the best entry level eyepieces are. The answer: goldline/redlines

Using these on a Celestron Skyprodigy130 and they make viewing the night sky very comfortable with their wide FOV. I would buy again and recommend these to anyone like me who likes novice sky viewing out of their backyard and can't justify spending $$$$ on high end eye pieces. These are impressive for their price point. Very happy with these!

Have tried this eyepiece on an F6 and F7.7 newtonian as well as an F9 achro refractor with very good results. Nice FOV and the eye relief is comfortable.

I tried this 6mm eyepiece with my Celestron C8 2000mm focal length eight inch aperture SCT to view moon craters. Totally recommend! Very nice and a good price. It’s now a favorite one of mine for lunar views. I now have all of these eyepieces X2, i must say i do like the set!. All good quality. The 20mm is excellent, the 15mm is too. The last one i ordered was the 9mm it came with the lower lens loose, easy to fix but their quality control is not perfect. As i have two each, i compared each one to the other, all checked out as the same quality.

As a member of our local astronomy club, I like to have descent eyepieces that do not cost a fortune. I use the lens for views of Jupiter and Saturn during our star parties. Since the eyepiece was relatively inexpensive, I do not get nervous about small kids ruining an expensive eyepiece. The eyepiece has descent views and worth the money. The only negative thing I noticed was the plastic lens cover fits kind of loose. But that doesn't affect the view.

This was a birthday gift to my son, who recently acquired a really nice telescope. He really needed this type of lense and Although it was inexpensive, he was pleasantly surprised! The view is clear and gives the expanse he needed.

Awesome. Very good visuals of the moon craters

68° F.O.V. for a modest price, well corrected optics give nice clarity on Jupiter and Saturn, good eye relief distance for eyeglass wearers. I like the barrel detente for the focuser setscrews to secure the eyepiece when slewing scope past vertical. Retractable rubber eyecups provide good shielding of outside stray light. Nice esthetic look with anodized rings. Very happy with this set at an affordable price.
