I've gotten a few more months out of my Dell Laptop!

I had the dreaded Blue Screen of DEATH.. omg. NOT the first time. This S/W has saved my machine a couple of times. I had to repurchase it because I moved and couldn't find my original copies. But guess what... SO worth the little bit of money! It had gotten a few more months of use out of a 12 year old Dell Laptop. If you are having issues, THIS will save you money and a computer. I just needed to get through till I could get another Laptop. If you get this to help get you back "Up n Running" and on the 'Net, follow the instructions. Take your time. Be patient. It runs fast, and takes no time at all, but when you are stressed, it FELLS like forever. But things will be good.

Great Windows 10 Repair/Recovery Tool.

Product worked just like advertised. I used it to repair and reinstall Windows 10 on an All In one Desktop which had been hung up and would not boot correctly. The Easy Link Windows 10 Repair/Recover disk worked great, as did the Windows 10 Driver Install disk. Highly recommend.

Like a champ!

My Grand daughter's HP laptop just died on her a couple weeks ago. Went to HP's support site and tried all the remedies there to do a reset. No luck. Ordered HP Recovery Disks for $50. Didn't do squat. Spent 3 hours on tech support with them, some of which I didn't understand. They told me it needed a motherboard and it would be less expensive to just buy a new one to replace the 10 month old. Actually, we did. Bought an ASUS. They refunded my money for their recovery disks. Then I saw these on Amazon and thought "why not". They showed up today and within an hour I had the computer restored, up and working. Instructions are good and everything worked like it said it would. Well worth the price and I have a working computer now.

Excellent to reload WIN10

Bought a new DELL notebook, it had tons of crap installed. Bought this CD to reload WIN10 fresh. Put CD in an external reader, connected the notebook to my modem/internet. Put in disk and hit "setup.exe". One hour later, I had a perfect and clean version of Windows 10. NOTE: The Internet connection is only if you want all the current updates installed.

This is DA BOMB!

It works! They send complete instructions and even offer an e-mail help if you get stuck. For whatever reason, the Windows recovery disk didn't work for me. (My problem was in Win10, the display would remain black even though Windows was running. I could usually fix it with a restart but that stopped working for me.) Before I reached out for further help via their e-mail contact, I thought I'd try popping in the included driver update disk. I figured Windows was running in the background and I probably needed a graphics driver update, right? Worked like a charm. Best money I ever spent.

Great Outcome and Excellent Customer Service

My hp laptop was really messed up...everything had accidently been erased and it was in a boot up loop for weeks. I ordered this set of disks to try to fix it. They arrived promptly and came with easy-to-understand instructions. I followed the instructions but still could not get my computer to work. I emailed ezalink and explained that my laptop still wasn't fixed. They identified the problem from a computer screen picture I sent them, which was that I had ordered windows 10 repair and installation instead of windows 8. They were extremely helpful and said they would send me the correct disk for no charge. It arrived within a couple days. What EXCELLENT customer service!! My computer was restored and is working well now!!!! Highly recommended.
