I was surprisingly pleased with the quality of this microphone and it's components. Solid material used and constructed well for the price. I especially like the wide stance of the tripod, making it very stable to use. Once I got it all set up, I was pleased with the sound and feel I can use this for many applications, as a musician and podcaster.

Easy to use

This product is easy to use and the quality is very good. I use it to play voice chat, the sound is very clear, sometimes it will be used to record when recording video, the effect is not bad. The product has a bracket and a microphone windscreen for easy microphone use.

Took a while but works

It took a while to figure it all out and watched a video on setting it up. I had some patience figuring it out. I am all set now and ready for creating my YouTube videos.

Just the kind of microphone I was looking for

I was in lookout for a handy microphone with condenser to help me record video gaming commentary and occasional karaoke. What I love most about this mic is the fact that it comes with a dongle that lets me plug in the mic and the headphones to my phone. What this means is that I don’t have to invest in buying a phantom power supply and more cables to connect my mic to the power supply and then connect my power supply to the computer. All in all, it reduces the hazel and records great quality audio and easy to carry around.

A lot for your money!

I have been involved in the recording industry since 1988 and have worked with all of the classic microphones in existence today. I personally own and use Neumann U-87s and AKG-414s and love the handheld KMS-105. Lots of non-musicians ask me what microphone they should use for podcasts, Skype, and other computer-based or speaking uses. I had purchased a inexpensive condensor (I prefer the old spelling) mic in the past and was blown away by the sound for the price. So, I thought I would try this one out just for fun. Well, I have NO IDEA how a microphone manufacturer can sell a microphone of this quality for this low price...honestly. No, this mic does not compare to the elite recording studio condensors, but they all cost in the thousands of dollars. We actually tested this microphone in a small studio, online and on-air in a New York City radio station. The microphone sounded fantastic when used for speaking, even when heard on-air. That's saying a LOT for a microphone that costs less than $20. If you are short on cash and want to get the bang for your buck, check out this little guy!
