Beautiful and affordable. Worked great with our new patio. Bought three, kept two because one was damaged in transit. They are very sturdy and withstood a torrential storm before being put away for the winter.

50 Shades of cool

After a storm twisted my old patio umbrella like a Twizzler candy, I was forced to purchase a new one. Not knowing how much research can go into this task, I was overwhelmed after 3 days of reading reviews and checking prices...I bought this umbrella in red, and absolutely LOVE the color. Sure, I am aware that the color will fade over time, but the features of this umbrella will (hopefully) not. I like the 8 ribs it has, makes it seem sturdy, and let me tell you, the crank is very sturdy as well. Assembly was a snap, and everything you need to enjoy this beauty is supplied (minus the stand, of course, this is sold separately). I give this umbrella 5 stars, bc it does everything it advertises to do, and one can't ask for more than that. I am very happy with my purchase, and recommend this to anyone! You won't regret it.

2" wide pole for larger bases.

Quick shipping. Looks great (not cheap) and is as described. Seems sturdy. Very wide top with good coverage and 2" wide pole.

Water resistant.

Most patio umbrellas are not water resistant where this one is, same material as a regular umbrella.

great customer service

Although the first one I ordered was defective, the seller contacted me right away and offered to replace it. I decided to do that because it's a really nice umbrella. I also bought another brand, about the same price, but it's much lower quality. The cloth for the Grand Patio umbrella is much heavier and the whole umbrella is higher quality compared to the other one I bought. The weak point in ALL of these umbrellas is the tilt mechanism. I actually would prefer an umbrella that doesn't tilt, but I couldn't find one. You will need quite a bit of weight in the base. I have about 100 lbs of sand in a Gravipod that sits on top of an umbrella base that weighs about 25 lbs. Works ok when it's breezy, but wouldn't be enough in a stronger wind.

This product is soooo shady.

If you're a plant, a human or albino and need some shade. Buy this. All you need is a base to prop it up.

Rush out and get one

My husband said I was crazy for buying this umbrella. He said for the price it had to be trash. I must admit that I have spent three times as much for a 6 ft. umbrella. When I opened it, I was pleasantly surprised. It is well constructed and the best umbrella that I have ever had. So, I wasn't crazy after all.

lightweight

this product is designed to be lightweight and for woman, you can handle this umbrella. I like that it has a crank to move it up and down. so far the color doesn't look like it's going to fade. The material, fabric, and pole are lightweight. I am happy and I bought two of them and my neighbor bought two as well.

Excellent high quality patio umbrella

Excellent quality product, exactly as described. I read another review about issues with the threads connecting the two rods together but the product I received was flawless and had no issues whatsoever. Excellent umbrella for the price. Would definitely buy again.
