Lean Six Sigma, improving organizational greatness

This is an excellent product. Being Military in the logistics field for 15 years now, I have attempted Lean Six Sigma before and had difficulties following the lessons. The lessons in this product are broken down very well with the actual in-class videos to include the slideshow modules different organization example. Mr. Ebenezer went as far to allow the students to present their questions on improving systems in organizations that they are and/or have personal experiences with. One thing that stands out the most to me with this product is how it presents quality in a productive timeline which does not only increase the understanding and customer interest in using this product but overall increases customer satisfaction, customer influence on creating future customers which overall increases revenue for a small business. I myself have already presented this product to over 10 supervisors who have a direct positive influence over at least 10 subordinates and intend on implementing this in their subordinates training for professional and personal growth.

First, the delivery of training was extremely quick. I began right away. The curriculum is very comprehensive and easy to follow. This self paced training is ideal for busy professionals. I was delighted how this training outlined the basis of LSS then went into detail on the full spectrum of how LSS works. Great Program That Is Cost Affordable

I have been a part of many lean projects in the past but didn't formal training prior to this course. I am extremely busy in my day to day work. I hold two full time jobs so it was very important to get certified at my own pace. This is THE way to go. Self paced course easy to understand.

Upon purchasing this certification I received the course matierial via email the same day and the hard copy with the same course material on a disc via mail. I recieved 24 hour support with quick response to all the questions that I had. They also followed up with me to see how the course was going. The material is stright forward with an instructor leading a webinar. He makes it easy to understand and you can go over what you dont understand while following along with your powerpoints. I work six days a week and was able to complete the entire course in aproximately Two weeks. I recieved my certificate by mail upon completing the course.
