I have known Punch Home Design for many years but over the past year had a chance to try it out. It’s an impressive product with tons of features, most are relatively easy to use and intuitively designed interface, tutorials for those new to home design software. Excellent value if you’re building a home or remodeling one.

Impressive capabilities - very satisfied
The package did such a good job that when I sent a friend pictures of what I created she replied that she thought I was sending her actual pictures of my apartment. What stood out in the product is the ability to create items in the custom workshop and importing images. I was able to either build from scratch or modify items to get just what I wanted using the custom workshop. I leveraged the import material to get *my* artwork and rugs. It's not just a point and click then poof a perfect representation type of software. You do need to put in the time to understand the features and play around. There are a lot of resources available to learn. Not only is there a 500+ manual included but also tutorial videos. In addition, there's a user forum you can join and a Facebook page where you can get help. For the price , it's a superb value.

Upgraded from V15 to V20 and I'm very happy with the decision
I have been using various versions of Punch Home Design software for over 10 years. I recently had an addition project come up. I decided to upgrade my still working version 15. I checked with support to confirm that the current V20 version would open my V15 files. Ed was super helpful and got me upgraded that day. The product is great and has improved a lot. The rendering is much faster and the ability to add textures is much more flexible now. The controls are familiar enough, and new features are intuitive. It's not perfect, but I tried many of the "free" alternatives and nothing gives you this kind of results so easily. You can go a little crazy with the details. I definitely recommend Punch Home & Landscape for the non professional who want to plan and visualize any home project.
