Schitzel Approved!!!

This is a my cat Schitzel Approved product. My Schitzel loves Friskies Shreds. The big plus for me is getting a big box delivered to my door instead of me lugging a few cans home from the grocery. Much better price, too. Over the years, I've tried different and more expensive brands. I put them in his dish and he sniffs and looks at me with his cat stare, flips his tail and then walks away. Yes, he is the boss.

Great price on 40 cans. 2 cans were knocked open somehow during shipping making a small mess on some of the surrounding cans. Still a great buy for food my cat loves. Update: Ive now received my third order of this and have not had even a dented can in the last two orders. My cat will not eat any other can food and now even the neighbors cats are coming over to eat this. We couldn't be more pleased.

Our 3 Cats LOVE It!

We have 3 cats that like to eat. They get dry food and wet food. The wet food was brought in when we needed to give one of our fur-babies some medicine. Well you can't open a can in this house and not share. Unfortunately, she needs to be medicine long term. After doing research, buying it this way was cheaper per can. We also used to have a lot of problems with all of our cats throwing up. Now, every once and a while it happens. We contribute it to the soft food. Not only are they big kitties, they are also seniors.

the one type all the cats love

I feed stray and feral cats, along with one I rescued and adopted. The feral will eat pretty much anything. But the stray and adopted one will sometimes get finicky when it comes to the pate or chunks type. And sometimes even the filets (even though they used to love that). But the shreds are always a hit.

Only cat food my cat will eat

My cat use to eat dry food until she developed multiple urinary tract infections. So per my vet's recommendations, we started feeding her wet foot. We found out fast that she rather starve then eat any pate' food. She will only eat Friskies shreds or meaty chunks. I use to be able to buy the case at our local Sam's store, but then it closed, so then at Walmart until recently the cases became smaller and smaller and then I thought of checking on Amazon and the case is even bigger then what I use to buy at Sam's!! Plus being able to subscribe, I don't have to worry about running out of cat food and paying the higher price of 50 cents/can.

Flavor?

I love how they ask to rate the flavor. Well I asked my three cats about the flavor: Sparks immediately flopped on the floor and began cleaning herself as if she was tasting tuna with every lick. Priscilla looked at me with her one good eye and stared at me as if she were telling me a story about her gang life prior to the arrival at our home. Tanner stretched, looked at Sparks cleaning herself and took this opportunity to get a sniff of her backside (Not her own backside, Sparks backside). Seriously they are cats and they eat almost anything I put in front of them. I like this product because of the price and quantity.

Great price for wet cat food!

My cats love to have some wet food along with their daily dry food. Purina is a name I trust, and my cats love these flavors! Easier to buy in bulk than single cans.

My cats love Friskies Shreads

My cats love this food. Adds real meat and water/hydration to their body. IMO it might help your cat avoid kidney problems, which are common in some cats.

The cat loved it

The cat loved this food. We just had to say goodbye to our 17 years old amazing and loving cat. Thank you, Amazon for the service. I love the fact we can buy food online and I don't have to carry everything from the supermarket. The price is usually market or below market. Thanks again for wonderful customer service. The last order which I planned to return will be donated to the Animal Hospital.

Missing Cans

I ordered a case of 40 but I only received 35 cans inside of the case. One stack of 5 were missing. I'm not sure how that happened since the outer shipping carton was sealed and not damaged and the internal cat food carton was also sealed (maybe resealed) and also not damaged. Fortunately, I only ordered 1 case because of some of the other reviews I read. I wanted to make sure this would arrive ok before ordering more. I gave this 3 stars because the product was correct and it was fresh, it doesn't expire until 2020. If I had of received all of the cans I would have given this 5 stars. Amended to 5 stars. I contacted Amazon and they are sending me the missing cans. Very pleased with the customer service and I am now very happy with the order.
