5 stars - best support and warranty out there

I had got a defective item and INIU support reached out to me immediately to fix the problem. My charger wasn't charging properly (See review below). INIU support advised me that it is backed with a warranty and got me a replacement charger in no time. This change my review and INIU support is stellar. I will recommend this product and will make another future purchase. BIG SHOUT OUTTO INIU CUSTOMER SUPPORT THANK YOU! REVISED: I use a portable charger everyday. I don't use the wall to charge my phone and if I do its very rare. I was excite to get this charger in, and plugged it to the wall and let it charge. The paws light up which is nice and nice a very nice feel to it. It has a small light on the side just in case you need a little light. I was also very pleased to get a free gift which was a light that connected via USB. *I was able to get at least 3-4 charges on my iPhone X and the instructions say you will get at least 2-3 so I am happy with that part* So why the low rating. Well after one day of use I went to charge it plugged it into the wall I was having trouble getting it to charge. The lights on the paw indicate when it is fully charge and after it being plugged in all day, (the instructions say it takes 5-8 hours) the lights on the paws didn't change to indicate it was being charge. Took me some playing around with the connections (plugging it back in taking it out trying different chargers), and finally the lights started working and it appeared to be charging. Now I was using my iPhone plug to charge it, don't know if that might of been the problem or not. Now in order for it to charge properly I have to play around with the plugs in my house plugging it in and taking it out to charge it in order for it to charge. I charge this every 3 days or so and it is brand new and I have only had this for a week. Currently right now it seems to be charging better through my computer, lights up when charging and paws fill as the time goes on when it is charging. So should you buy one? Thats your call to make and use my experience to decide for yourself. I have heard good reviews on this product and maybe I just got a bad one who knows. But if you are anything like me you're going to read reviews and I don't like giving my opinions just straight up experience and this is mine I am currently having with it. I do have another charger that I still use and the reason I bought this one is because for some reason after 6-10 months I have experienced charging problems with all these portable chargers. Small and convenient

It’s small and works very well. I’m glad I purchased it. We bought it for a backpack that had the capability of having an inside charger. It does the job and does not take up any extra room.

This is a really nice charger. The kitten paw print is a nice touch. Works really fast. Very pleased with the purchase.

Amazing high quality product!

Great product! Bought for a trip coming up, and since my phone dies quickly I figured I would give this a try. When it arrived, it was nicely boxed with clear instructions, as well as allows you to charge 2 electronics at a time. Came exactly as described and allows for multiple charges before needed to recharge the box itself. I would highly recommend!

Works for me!

I only needed enough charge for cell phone in case of an emergency. This product does what it says and more.

It charges phone from 0 to 100 real quick!!

This deserves more than 5 stars!!! It works great! If your debating weather to buy it or not like i was BUY IT ! You wont regret it. It a little bit heavy heavier than my samsung j7 but it will charge your phone to 100%.

BEYOND INCREDIBLE!!!!

We are BEYOND pleased!!! My daughter and I regularly volunteer rescuing animals and until we got the INIU we far too often, found ourselves lost, overwhelmed, and undercharged!!! We no longer fear being without access to GPS, help from other volunteers, a shelter or even veterinary assistance. Thank you!!! We are hoping to buy additional units for our iPads and have HIGHLY recommended this power bank to our entire rescue team as well as many others who find themselves low on power. Better than expected

I have used several other power banks and all have been disappointing. This In it power bank has been amazing. I have only had it for a week now but I need a dependable power source as I use my phone to monitor my property via WiFi camera's which put a heavy drain on my phones battery. I regularly have to recharge my battery 3 to 4 times a day and store 50 to 70 video streams. So far this power bank has held up great. 4 charges and I still have about 25% charge left. My phone is an LG V20 and I only shoot 4k video. I highly recommend this unit!!
