This is awesome stuff. I will buy it again. I did a faux wood table with a river. I can't wait to do another! I think the little scrapper is a bit oversized in the photo tho. It's much smaller but that's ok. Great product.

This epoxy met my needs perfectly. It was super easy to mix since it's a 50-50 ratio, unlike some other competitors which require either special pumps to accurately mix or wasted time doing math. The epoxy itself dries crystal clear, just as advertised, and will self level for the most part. I find the consistency easy to work with as well for table-top and coating type projects.

Very, very easy to follow directions. Came with a couple of tools to help use the resin possibly in your project. The company also sends you an attachment when delivery has happened to help you with using the resin. My table turned out great, after many, many YouTube videos we went with MAS and we used acrylic paints with the resin to cover an old side table. Love the way the colors still pop and smooth finish of the resin.

I have been trying different epoxies for my new woodworking hobby and have been super satisfied with Mas Table top!! I have made a bunch of smaller river projects and it’s so simple to use, shows pigment great, and not that many bubbles ( You have to monitor that and pop them as they rise!)! Definitely recommend for coatings and smaller casting projects! For bigger projects, our use their deep pour epoxy!!

As with any resin, you need to make sure you're measuring exactly a 1:1 with this stuff. Luckily for me, I used a total of 9 gallons worth on my resin channel table so I was able to dump it all in a bucket and go. I used a helix mixer for my power drill and spun it clockwise and counterclockwise for minutes at a time each way. I probably mixed it for at least 10 minutes at those large quantity levels and made sure to plunge the mixer around while doing so. Keep in mind if you've never used that much resin at once, it will start to get very warm and even let off some smoke if you are mixing 4+ gallons at a time. This is how the two parts react to create the heat needed to cure. If you don't want any bubbles, be sure to have a benzo torch to use to wave over the surface to eliminate bubbles as they appear. This will allow it to cure completely clear. I added blue pigment to the middle channel of the table and the affect was awesome. This stuff was also hardened through in 24 hours, which I didn't expect. It is thicker than some other brands of resins so don't expect it to slosh around like water. I'm very pleased and will use for other projects in the future.

I ordered this epoxy earlier this month and as expected arrived in less than 2 days thanks to prime. Upon opening the resin and hardener, I noticed both .5 gallon containers were cloudy but the resin almost looked milky. I emailed MAS to explain what I saw and provided pictures and they were nothing short of phenomenal. They asked relative questions, responded in timely manner, and since the pictures spoke for themselves, it was agreed between us all the containers I got were not their company standard and offered to send a replacement from a different lot number. They have been exceptional to work with and I am also very pleased with their epoxy itself. Despite the cloudy off batch, I did use it on an art project and it Ended up curing hard and clear. I would definitely recommend trying out their easy to use 1:1 resin kit that gets the added bonus of coming with a plastic reusable spreader and 2” foam brush.

I am fairly experienced at applying epoxy, as I am a live edge slab wood furniture designer/custom woodcrafter. I have been using Envirotex Lite for over a year and have tried several other brands as well. All have their idiosyncrasies. Standing over a piece of furniture for 2+ hours popping bubbles with a torch is not exactly fun, no matter how good natured one is. This MAS Table Top Pro Epoxy Resin & Hardener allowed me to complete a round table I've been working on all summer! Using other brands on red oak, for 20+ coats trying to correct late appearing bubbles, epoxy lift (due to slightly high moisture levels, and Amber's discoloring has left me a nervous wreck as I stated this epoxy process less than a week ago on the table's black walnut replacement. Note: black walnut in my experience is considerably easier to work with, in fact, I shall NEVER work with red oak again. However, I used it simultaneously on both black walnut (both table and desk) and pecan (bar stools), it worked beautifully! I first did a seal coat of Minwax clear gloss poly, then followed with two coats of epoxy on each. It did take a full 2 hours standing over each with a torch, but the results were as near to perfect as I imagine I'll ever get! I'm so relieved to have finished this commissioned bar set! Thank you kindly!!!

Easy to use. I applied it to my recently painted countertops. It totally transformed them. It makes them look like real stone with the high gloss finish. It was my first time ever using apoxy and it was super easy. Very straight forward. I did have a few low divets that are only seen when the light hits it just right, not very noticeable at all. However it is more user error by not using enough apoxy. It does self level but you definitely have to push it around once poured with the plastic spatula they gave. Buy a heat gun though. I don't think I could have done it without it. It really does make a difference in getting out the bubble for that ultra smooth glass like finish.

It works really good. It dries super clear and a very nice looking high gloss look. I mixed it using a power drill and a mixer, while doing that it got a lot of bubbles in the epoxy. The bubbles that ended up in the epoxy didn't come out, so if you are wanting no bubbles, hand mix the epoxy. The design I went for in my project the bubbles kind of enhanced the look of the overall effect. However, for surface bubbles use a torch or heat gun soon after you pour. Dont wait to long or they will harden before you get to it as is the case for me. I waited to long to blow off the bubbles, but after it hardened I took a sander and sanded it down, wiped off all the dust and poured another layer over it and the it covered up that mistake. Over all I would say it is a good resin for your projects. It does have a smell but it's not overly potent at all. Just make sure you are in a vented area before you mix and pour.

We mixed mica powdered pigment with the epoxy resin to create an artsy surface for tables for our coffee shop. Although it was intimidating to plan, the process was easy and the results were stunning!
