Great Product, Even Better Customer Service!

Customer service alone is a great reason to purchase this product! I noticed something off about the lid on the kettle I was given (the kettle works perfectly btw) and I decided to let the company know. I contacted the company and they sent me a brand new kettle in absolutely no time at all! Overall, I think this is a great product hands down! If you receive a faulty product (which can happen with any piece of technology), the company will do right by you and send you a replacement if you need it!

It’s a electric kettle and more!!

Love this tea kettle! It’s your regular electric kettle and more! It comes with a diffuser for tea which can be remove if not needed. You can set the temperature of the water to you preference and have a button that allows you to keep it warm. The glass against steel combo makes this kettle so classy. I used this for my floral tea. Before I was brewing it by cup by cup with a tiny diffuser but that was too much hassle, especially since I can drink a gallon a day, lolz. Now with this kettle, I can enjoy a cup of tea almost anytime I want. Greatly recommend it

Adore This Kettle!

I adore this kettle! I have had this for about a week so far and haven't had a problem yet. It goes from room temp to boiling in about 5 minutes when it's all the way full to the 1.7L line, not too shabby at all! I love that I can plug it in, walk away and in about 6 (for green I only go to about 180 degrees) minutes I can have tea ready to go out the door to work and that counts 3 minutes of steeping time! I haven't had a need to use the build in infuser basket yet because I'm the only tea drinker in the house but I'm over the moon for the kettle! I would say my tea consumption has easily tripled since I bought it. I'm addicted to this kettle!

I love it!! First of all, I had no idea that it turned blue while heating up (I get excited over the little things). Love the fact that you can control the temperature. It’s also awesome when you want to make tea for a bunch of friends or if you just want to refill your cup.

Fast and sweet!

I love this gadget! Water heats very quickly and by the time it's done your tea is nearly ready. I give it a couple more minutes because I like strong tea, but some folks will be perfectly happy with it as soon as it hits the programmed temperature. Looks nice on my counter. Recommended!

Perfect

I have used this everyday for over a month. It works beautifully every time. The options for temperature are a must for the ultimate tea experience. The blue lights are relaxing to watch and the alarm that sound when the water has reached its temperature keeps me from forgetting that I was making tea. I would recommend this to every one.

Love this pot! Had unexpected company and offered tea. Was able to brew a pot of tea for 6 so very fast. Love that you can use tea bags.

Nice fast kettle

Owned for a month now and very satisfied. Almost used daily and very versatile. Easy to keep clean too. So far so good.

This has been a superb, reliable tea kettle!

I had been shopping for a quality large volume tea kettle for a while before finding this one, been using it for awhile now and the quality is extremely high! The push buttons are back lit so do not wear off. The only mental adjustment I had to make is, pushing the blue back lit button tuns it red which is brewing/start: blue is ready state. Then if you exceeded the max fill level, or push the tea chamber down in the water while warming water 200 degrees plus, water and tea will come out the spout.
