Works great

I'm very impressed with this product. Based on other reviews I assumed I would have some minor issues with it but still thought it would be worth the low cost. On the contrary I've experienced no major issues and only one small inconvenience. As other reviews state, the batteries simply rest on the charging pins when not clipped into the controller. Because of this they tend to lean just slightly and not make full contact, resulting in them not charging. However, if they are plugged into the controller and placed onto the charger, they have no issues with poor connection. Even without doing this, you can place them very precisely onto the charger and they will still charge. The light strip around the bottom that indicates whether they are charging or not is a bit too bright for me but some masking tape easily resolves the problem. The battery life of a full charge is very good and I get at least 20-30 hours playing Rocket League or Burnout Paradise (with rumble on heavy) out of a charge and closer to 30-40 if I'm playing Skyrim or something else with a bit less rumble. Overall good value for money and well worth the purchase.

Outstanding

This is my second dock. I have the white version for my pair of white Xbox One S controllers. I got two more controllers for the family and they are different color (black and blue) so I went with this black model. It works equally as awesome and I love it. Super clean, and bright large lights that tell you if it's charged or not. The only complaint with these models is as long as the docks are plugged in, the green light will not turn off. That can be kind of off-putting if you like the room dark but I don't mind it, it looks kind of cool to me. I doubt there is any better charging dock out there for the money than this one. Highly recommended!

Great charger and solid alternative to aa battery packs.

Works great and looks good sitting atop the console. The battery packs hold charge for roughly 12-15 hours of usage, not counting controller idle timing so probably 8-10 hours if you are playing really intensely. If you have a second controller you would have 0 down time and only have to swap the battery if one reaches the end of its cycle decay several years in the future unless it is physically damaged. Well worth it to pick up this unit and a secondary controller.

I received this item a few days ago when my original charger went kaput. I plugged in the unit to the USB port on my xbox and installed the battery packs on the controllers and everything is going well so far. Both controllers are charged and seem to last plenty of time with no issues. One note: The design of this unit is far more compatible with my controllers. I recently added padded grips to the sides of my primary controller which made it nearly impossible to get it to charge on my old tower style unit because the padding kept the contacts away from the charging points. This upside down, top-side configuration solved that immediately. So, I'm a fan so far!

Great product.

As an gamer I say this is a must have for anyone who hate trying to struggle with running out of batteries and when all fails using a charge cord just to play. I roughly play ten hours a day and this is a must have, one battery charge lasts six to seven hours and when I’m low I can easily swap and get back to gaming. I especially like the led charge, red for charging and green when fully charged, some units I’ve seen don’t have that so your left with questions if it’s done.

Lifesaver!

I don't know how I went so long without this in my life! Gone are the days of the children deteriorating my battery supply, whining about not getting the batteries in correctly or groaning when the batteries do die! They just pop the controllers onto the charger when they're done playing and voila! They're ready to go time after time. An indicator light wraps around the base so it's easy to see of the controllers are dead or ready. Highly suggested purchase.

So far, this is working great. I just bought a new Xbox One and needed a second charging unit. So far, this one is working out great. The battery packs even work on my other unit of a different brand. Delivery was fast. Great product for a great price. Better yet, the seller sent an email offering support if there were any problems. Very refreshing after a recent bad experience with a different Amazon seller! Highly recommend for both product and seller!

Great product and this is my 3rd set.

These have been great. I bought two of these for my kids xbox one's a couple years ago and so i am buying my 3rd one. We do have 3 xboxes. I like that you can charge the battery with the pack still on the controller. You can also plug the pack in while playing if your battery charge happens to run out. This hold a good charge and seem very reliable. Great Value for the money.

GREAT PRODUCT HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I've been through many different controller chargers and this is by far the best one I've purchased. The LED lights are helpful and look great on the charger. Takes up minimal space by standing the controllers straight up and down. The battery packs slide right in the controller and can be charged even when they are disconnected from the controller. I especially like that it is powered by a micro USB cable which makes it much more convenient. Very pleased with this product and would highly recommend it to anyone especially for the cheaper price compared to other chargers. Would definitely purchase again. Only downside I could say is that there is no option to get one that fits 4 controllers. Absolutely amazing purchase and I am very happy with it.

Great product

I purchased these for my 8 year olds xbox1 and the durability and battery life they have is awesome. My son rearily charged them (as it’s me that places them on the stands at night) he’s drops his controller a lot and the battery packs stay put and there’s been no cracks or chips in the pack (which has happened in the past) the stand is also very easy to use and is anestheticly pleasing next to his xbox (not that he cares about that more for me when I finish cleaning his room)
